Wow. Who would have thought that 7 murders in the span of 12 hours was deliberate? We mean, there hasn't really been a gun constructed in the last few years that walks around on little gun-legs looking for minorities to shoot. You actually have to load, point, aim, and pull the trigger to make a gun go "bang!" Is that suddenly a "deliberate" act? We had no idea.
Thank goodness that Special Ed is leading us.

I caught the 'Special Ed' live conference he and the Exempts did from the Southside, and had to laugh at his hat. So, I think he might have sat on it because the upper part of the crown is broken by the shield. Really....He looks like a bus driver! As for the other Exempts, they are an embarrassment. And, I say that with a special shout out to "Melissa the Mush Mouth Mumbler." We shouldn't be calling them 'Exempts', we should be calling them "The Village People", or better yet "The Village Idiots." You guys ARE the smoke and mirrors. Anything for a Gold Star.....Right?

Now there is a statement everyone can believe in the exempts on this department are pathetic nothing but a bunch of cloud heavy pension grabbing no nothing clowns. We can look at them and at least get a laugh they've accomplished nothing Eddie Eddie when you get the big job you have some promise but now after the exam lieutenants cheating debacle and not removing just shuffling the deck of the same old gold star gold braid grabbing people they never accomplished anything before and now they are fat and happy comfortable grabbing the big paycheck accomplishing nothing again I get them on a scale of 1 to 10 a complete zero. The department will never ever get better when you have leaders such as these not one of them deserves that position. But the fish stinks from the head down the old saying the mayor the alderman the police bosses are a direct reflection of a terrible no nothing management structure that just decimates the rank-and-file the hard-working Street police officers.

Here is some more irony. In the Sun Times on Saturday is a headline that says murders are down. The next page has a headline that says 7 were murdered in a span of 12 hours. One article reports Chicago's per capita murder rate at 28 per 100,000, low numbers compared to other cities while an article a couple of pages later reports on the stunning increase in murders in Mexico to fill the vacuum caused by the arrest of El Chapo. The article goes on to say that since Chapo's arrest the per capita murder rate in Mexico increased from 16.6 to 21.3 per 100,000. That's still 6.5 lower than ChiRaq! Yeah, there's nothing to see here.

This will only happen in the "black community" (which is different from just black people) when the violence THEY (not inanimate objects) perpatrate effects them directly financially. Make each and every incident lower welfare benefits and this nonsense will stop almost instantly. Bet on it.

Because gang conflicts make sure to stay boarders by cpd district lines. Typical guy who knows nothing. Many gangs in 011 and 015 died with each other. The same as in 003 and 004, 007 and 008, 007 and 009 and every other district in the city. But you having the extent of street knowledge you do blindly believe that because a district ends so does the gang involvement of a district. No idiot, gangs and violence travel. Go back to spending a half hour of tryin to talk some woman out of a domestic report that would take you 4 minutes to complete...
