- A woman accused of throwing her newborn baby from an 8th-floor apartment window in Uptown has been sentenced to four years probation.
Mubashra Uddin had been charged with four counts of murder for allegedly killing the baby girl moments after giving birth in her family's apartment.
But prosecutors last week agreed to drop three of those charges and then reduced the fourth murder count to involuntary manslaughter of a family member. Judge Carol M. Howard handed down a sentence of probation.
We don't see anything "involuntary" when you toss a newborn infant from an 8th story window. And we don't see how the ability to tell right-from-wrong hasn't manifested itself in a 19-year-old individual. And we completely fail to see how being raised in a "strict muslim" household mitigates a single action taken here. In fact, in the Middle East, we're pretty sure she'd be following that baby out the window in short order.

A Palos Township trustee is being run out of office by a combination of Muslim activists from the Bridgeview mosque and anti-Trump Democrat SJW's from Mount Greenwood. Seems Palos Township is now 30% Muslim so they have decided to rise up against one of the few Republicans in office, she said something about headcoverings and all the undocumented immigrants flooding into the schools, as well as being a--gasp--Trump supporter. She must be silenced. Today Toni "beverage" Taxwinkle piled on and said the woman must resign from some Crook County womans commission she serves on.

Im not an law expert by any means but, by not following state law and sentencing isnt coyote lady breaking the law herself. I mean convicts are getting appeals based on the fact that they were given truth in sentencing thereby opening the door to a whole new trial and freedom possibly because of the forward thinking jurors that are present at every trial now.

Fuck this paranoid real estate agent bullshit," Sect 8 isn't new" but Obama expanding the shit out of it is; I don't know if being a real estate agent is stressful or not, but the increase in Sect 8 is a major problem in a lot of communities. Hey 02:09, you must be one of those with his/her head in the sand. You should look around, because people can only be pushed so far, and its getting close to the limit. Lastly, call it what the fuck you want, I have two AR's one for me and one for my wife, I guess I'm just a paranoid copper.............
