Hey Rahm, divert some that water into that block 37 subway terminal under the loop. Remember that 400 million dollar project that Daley left us with never to be used because they screwed up. So it just sits there. It could be used just like the deep tunnel as it is almost as big as two football fields with 28 ft ceilings.

Per Chicago Department of Health Food Service Sanitation Manual... All areas and countertops must be fully sanitized if there is any fecal surface contamination. Which means that the whoe Riverwalk must be fuly sanitized with chlorine or bleach before any, and I mean any, food preperation may take place. These are health department rules, I didn't make them up. Documentation of the cleaned surface areas must be provided to the Department at the time of inspection.

This Dept is a complete mess starting with the man who should have been fired our LT(rhymes with shit). How do we expect CPD to respect us when our own roll calls dissolve daily into shouting matches over nonsense like our B.L.M. element that sees EVERYTHING as racist, which is insane since 75% of our department is Black and Hispanic! A good man with a family was thrown to the wolves and all our "Brotherhood" worries about is CPD not paying attention to our childish temper tantrums, Laquan MacDonald or getting tattoos, sad very sad.

Translation please.

Apropos— appropriate to the subject matter.
In this case, it means Rahm standing (perched, (not the fish, either)) on the Superintendent Johnson’s head, like a cat standing on the head of a gondolier (the guy who drives the gondola, which is a type of boat), as the gondola is taking on water, in an attempt to keep from going into the rising water. Without knowing for sure, because I was not the original poster, the cat may be a reference to a book called “The Gondolier’s Cat”.
Instead of a translation to a post that made perfect sense the first time I read it, maybe you should use that computer and look up words you may not know. Learn something. Expand your horizons.
