Welch is the poster child for undeserved promotions. Told everyone he would be a commander the day he was meritoriously promoted to Lt. Rose through the ranks after having accomplished absolutely nothing at any rank. Black privilege at its worst. A check of his work history will show exactly that. He literally has done nothing but became a deputy chief. Our leaders in CPD.

Hopefully this leads to Escamerit making Deputy. Maybe after he gets another undeserved pay increase he can hire a civilian to pick up his son from summer camp. It would be nice because it would give the CAPS Sgt and CAPS officers a break from having to drive into 016 to pick him up like they do now. Plus it would save the tax payers money as well since the chauffeuring is done on city time, using a city vehicle.

There are few decent gold stars in existence anyway. The rest are basically ghost-payrollees who were given a welfare spot. There is a reason that the department is in shambles. Combine that with bosses who overstayed their welcome and are 55+ and maxed out.

Ummm, I’m thinking it refers to people who are retired who are residents of Cook County, and older people who have resided in their homes, who may not be retired.

Welch refused to respond to a request to investigate d Ward that was made by COPA and IPRA. Also Ferguson refused to investigate the same matter. I wrote to Durbin and he told me he doesn’t get involved in local stuff. I went to fbi and us attorney on both. Probably wasted my time. All protected by 9.5 as he panders to minorities to continue to get the ghetto votes.
Can we include Ryan in that bunch? Downing cars to chauffeur his kid and a dozen of her friends to Lollapalooza. Downing a car to sit outside a local hotel, where his daughter’s prom is. And again for his son’s rehearsal dinner and engagement party. A waste of resources were already short of. 😕
