Mientras el Mundo Gira

  • Ald. Ricardo Munoz, charged with misdemeanor domestic battery, will once again be barred from returning to his Little Village home, a judge said Wednesday — three weeks after his wife, seeking reconciliation, invited him back in.

Things have soured. A situation made clear by the middle finger accompanied by the parting words “Hey, Rick, f— y–!” that Betty Torres-Munoz offered her husband as he waited for elevator doors to close after the Cook Country Domestic Violence Court hearing.

The order of protection banning Munoz from the couple’s Little Village home was reinstated Wednesday at Torres-Munoz’s request.
We don't think Rick is going to serve any time, but we certainly hope the ex-Mrs takes him to the cleaners.

We need more citizens to act like his wife.
50 citizens to bust in unannounced to the
Aldercreatures denizens to shake them up.
They have ruled this town too long. They
are like 50 fucking Mob Bosses and are
at the root of Chicago corruption.

Too bad there’s no stripping of aldermanic powers/callback-type place for these dickheads. I hope the ever-classy Betty Torres-Munoz spills the dirt.

SCC, your headline about Chicago’s very own telenova is freakin’ hilarious. Not sure what the Spanish part was, but I’m dying with laughter.

I'm impressed with your Spanish.
Ricardo could always bunk in with Danny Solis,
on the outside or the inside.
Keep us posted.
Revolt of the Aldercreature wives: maybe divorce
could neuter these money hungry bastards.
Hey SkyCap Ray, how ya doin'?

Unfortunately, because he is "somebody special" (at least in his own mind) judges will just continue the wrist slaps and the deleting and reinstatement of OOP's until his wife suffers some serious or deadly trauma. Then, of course, everyone can ask; why didn't the police do something.

Most likely in a cell, along with many others on his friends "Danny's wire," lets hope many more join the club fed and get on that bus! So many criminals holding office here in the most corrupt city in the entire country, then we have rahm who pushed the 900 million+ (In taxpayer money that could of been used to pay the police pensions as owed instead of crating more debt)to the Lincoln yards project with his pet alderman hopkins doing the dirty work, how much was the kickback here has to be epic.

This makes you think about where the code of silence really is. Why can't the IG investigate alderman, and why aren't we holding them accountable if they don't trick on their co-workers? But it's the cops fault.

++++ Munoz, who did not seek re-election in the 22nd Ward, has been living with a relative in Carol Stream and is in counseling for alcoholism. ~~~ snip ~~~ He did, however, say he hopes to continue in public service in some form after he leaves office in May.'++++

Of course Munoz "hopes to continue in public service". He's a politician and that means he's unemployable in the real world. Without a government 'job' to leech off hard-working Taxpayers these morons would all starve to death.

Then we have taxwinkle wasting how much money on this bullshit:

Chicago’s only lynching victim to get memorial 95 years later
https://chicago.suntimes.com/news/chicagos-only-lynching-victim-to-get-memorial-95-years-later/

So you read articles and you notice this:

And William Bell was beaten to death with a baseball bat. He wasn’t hanged. But that was a lynching,” Irmer said. “So this will also entail our confronting the definition of a lynching. It’s the beginning for meaningful dialogue and historical reflection.

* Well alrighty then Toni you say your fair how about a monument to everyone killed during you reign of doing nothing, something to honor all families whose people were murdered due to your total lack of caring for the innocent you Toni and Kimmy could place your names under the monuments and since you say your honest this inscription “due to my anti-police and letting felons run free to cause more murder I Toni and my protege Kimesha take full responsibility”

Hmm also Toni American Indian land was taken and your illegally on Indian land time for you to leave! You pandering pathetic disgusting!

Alderman Cochran pled guilty today after having an epiphany and realizing he was guilty afterall. Funny, when a judge denies another defense request for continuance and sets a trial date that the defendant changes his tune. It only took him two years to apologize to tax payers for his thieving ways. Anyway, that makes 34 alderpersons convicted since 1970. A crime rate that far exceeds any governing body in the United States according to Political Science professor Dick Simpson. The frightening part is that these “legislators” draft and enact public policy! This corrupt body Isnt qualified to establish the ground rules of a cockfight...how dare they opine about and sit in judgement of police officers who face absolute garbage day in and day out and with much greater integrity, courage and integrity than members of that thoroughly corrupt body (with a few exceptions ie Naps and Spasoto) will ever know.
