In light of what happened to Epstein this morning Blago better be very careful. His freedom is based on his testimony against the corruption in Chicago and Illinois. As someone who is involved in the Federal Judicial System he’s named names in great detail and with mountains of documentation. Trump needs a diversion in the news cycle and wants indictments against the most corrupt state in the country, this plays well to his Blue Collar base.

"R" as in Robert are the 1st watch cars. At one point watches overlapped and they needed to differentiate between the 3rd and 1st watches, at least that's what I remember.

There are many CPS teachers who live outside the city limits, maybe hundreds! They get hired and have a time frame to move in to the city and never do, or they teach a special class (not really special, gym/home ev, but they call it special) and they are granted hardship. City inspector do a audit of employees of CPS who reside outside of Chicago city limits. You will be surprised. CPD is the only department in the city that draws the hard line in the sand on residency. FOP hit the media outlets and ask for a tally of CPS employees who collecting a full time check/benefits as a CPS employee, yet do not have a permanent Chicago address. Then demand to know why we are held to that standard and not other departments.
i worked for a city dept and residency was enforced. you could get away with any crime during the daley years except piss hot or live out. not too many caught but the ones that did never came back. also............i thought it was the std room lol.
