Empty Streets

The music is a bit of overkill, but seriously, how often has anyone seen the streets of Chicago this empty?

Video from the people at Illinois Policy.

Wow.
They managed to film that whole thing without getting robbed, shot or beat up? Impressive.
Then again, it wasn’t shot on the south side, west side or Red line.

The United States is being economically destroyed because President Trump had the balls to reclaim stolen American jobs and wealth from Communist China and the globalists of the EU and UN, and the bought and paid for corrupt politicians in CONgress are more than happy to play their part. This is a game for all the marbles, American freedom and sovereignty or living on your knees under Socialism and its’ eventual spawn, Communism.

Many of you motherfuckers better wake up quick, fast, and in a gotdamn hurry. This flu/virus is nothing more than the regular influenza and yes, unfortunately people die. Guess what? Tens of thousands die EVERY FUCKING YEAR in the United States due to influenza and pneumonia. Fucking hysteria driven by globalists in the main stream propaganda media and fueled by idiotic local and state politicians.

I can’t wait till President Trump fucks all these mutherfuckers 6 ways till Sunday, ain’t that right you scumbag Schumer?

This is like nothing I have ever seen. It's Palm Sunday and for the first time I can remember I won't be at church for the blessing of palms. Easter will be the same. We need to get back to productivity and Kim Koxx needs to prosecute the pedators. Why haven't domestic violence advocates spoken up about her non prosecution policies. I hope all those lawfully armed are prepared to do what has to be done in Kim Foxx's lawless society.

Yes, the music is maudlin and the whole tone of the thing is cheesy.

Ok, I know how this sounds, but the empty streets are peaceful.

This, too, shall pass, my friends. Two months from now we will be at 90% again.

They must all be in my neighborhood because I have never seen this many people in front of my house in 20yrs. It's like an amusement park, wagons, go-carts, skateboards, roller blades, joggers, old couples, new dog walkers, baby buggies. Hundreds of people go past my house daily up from the 3 people a day since the fat guy in the little coat put his order in place. All kinds of new social interactions that would never have taken place without the order. O'hare and the dumb decision to go forward with the election also contributed.

Good video, yes music a bit grating at times.

Reminds me of music from the recent Joker film.

Gonna probably be like this for a while.

Although it should be easier to spot the "bad guys" with less folks about.

The new normal. Fuck!

The only people who seem do not have gotten the message is the leadership at the CTA. Transit use is down 80/85% yet the agency which is continually on the verge of bankruptcy is running a full daily schedule. In this an election year when blame Is being laid squarely at the door of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. in Washington D.C is local leadership afraid to offend the Transit Unions? Just can’t figure out what sense it makes, with all the bailout money it seems like anyone laid off would be made whole once things return to normal.

Hey, CPD-SCC, As a life-long resident of Chicago and unconditional LEO-supporter, here’s my ask for you during this time - can you please put the politics and venom aside for now and help us get through this? We need you. We need to lean on you. We need to learn from you. You’re right on EVERY front as it relates to a lack of support, funds and sheer common sense needed from the city and your own department in order to help you do the job you need to do, should do, and can do. There is no stronger or more capable force in this country than CPD, and idiots are standing in your way. But, for now, you are one of the only constants in a very scary, daily-changing world, and we need to draw on your wisdom, your leadership, your passion, and your strength. We need to hear the Hope from you. We need to hear that it will be ok. We need to hear that no matter how bad this is, you’ve got it. We need to see and hear your super powers in play. We need it. And I think you need it. You need to remember that you are needed, loved and honored. Stay safe. Stay well. Stay strong. 💙

Poor frightened fellow.
Where’s the siege? Ain’t a muthafcka out in the daylight ’cept that fool and his cameraphone.

There’s a Twitter thing going on, #FilmMyHospital that encourages cellphonegraphers to film the hoax of nonexistent overcrowding in the JB Pandemonium hospitals. The hospitals are empty and nowhere’s near chaotic as JBee is spouting. Look it up if it hasn’t be banned yet.

Hope this chap gets a chance to produce and film...

Go to Sophia “I’m friends with Obama’s “ King gangbanger skate park on Roosevelt and Michigan where the ghetto types come off the red line. Kelly of the park district, King or Burke’s boy Pigott or his buddy jake refuse to stop the congregation. This is why we are skyrocketing in cases. Lori and fat ass are afraid to confront the criminals and permanent victim class. The west and south side are infecting us all. I guess that’s trumps fault too.

The cause of the spike in COVId in chicago is because fat ass Pritzker and Lori were scared shitless that Cabrini Kim might not win as the tide was turning. The forced the election. And they were afraid of lipinski too. They both are totally responsible for the deaths and increased cases.

Yet they don't show the lakefront on a nice day, the south or west sides in the "impoverished" neighborhoods, the northwest and southwest sides with families actually spending time together (I swear there will be tons of in shape dogs by the end of this - I have never seen so many dog walkers in 016.) the parties in 017 and 024. The only places people aren't going? Business that make money in the service industry. Destroying the economy and not really making a difference as far as I can tell. Require a mask for all in any public place enforceable by law. Done.

It's crazy that hospitals are laying off their medical personnel because there is nothing to do. People can't get needed medical procedures because .001 of the population has coronavirus.

If people wash their hands, don't shake hands, and don't congregate in big groups, the curve will be flattened anyway. We don't need to drive this country into another Great Depression because of a supposed doomsday scenario.

They showed one city bus of empty riders. On the way to work each morning, on average, 20-25 empty buses up and down the streets. The ones I don't count have 3 or 4 people on them. But the CTA is still plugging along like its are well and normal.

Ask Larry or even Brown about that one. Of course you won't get a real answer. But the lobbies are still open at the police stations. Send Larry a letter and ask why. And of course no protective glass in place to keep people from coming in and shooting up the police station. No contract, pension unfunded. Yes very much loved. Feel the love? Fox voted back in, yes cops loved by all. Dart letting all the inmates loose, no hysteria from the citizens until they become a victim. Unfortunately when you have a mayor that dumps on Trump every time he can one can expect folks here to feel angry as they get no real support at all from either the misfit bosses or the mayor. It is what it is, a mess.

lmao absolutely not! I worked downtown decades ago, and on the occasional Saturday, usually after we acquired another entity, I'd come in on a Saturday or Sunday and the whole place in the morning and afternoon was dead and stores and restaurants closed. Heck, grandmother worked @Arthur Anderson and the same when I went to work with her on a Saturday when she had to occasionally work a weekend : D

Went downtown Sunday driving around stayed in the car Michigan Ave., State Street, very few people out, except when you hit Lake shore Drive coppers absolutely everywhere blocking off the entrance to the beach or lakefront I don’t know where they get all these coppers from it’s amazing it’s like the mayor is a magician first we have no police and all the sudden there’s literally probably a couple hundred out there open down to Lakefront plus the traffic aids! When we needed him to stand the crimes all the shootings the drive-bys they were never Put there a sign there but now since the mayor made her big threat they are all out there wonder is this overtime and how much is being spent?
