It is possible that Chicago street gangs will slow the shootings, and instead use large gatherings to spread the COVID-19 virus to their rivals. It will be the gangs version of germ warfare to aid in the decimation of their rivals and any others (Police) who they perceive to be a threat to their ongoing criminal enterprises. This method reduces their risk of arrest for committing acts of violence. Just a thought.

My observation is that when I’m at home in 016, I very seldom see a CFD ambulance, CFD fire truck or a CPD cruiser. When I go to work in 007, I practically see one of each at every intersection. So I’m somewhat confused regarding Larry’s comments.
Chicago citizens are disobedient. People of all color and no one wearing mask. I had mines on but a whole bunch did not. I went to pick up prescription and I couldn’t wait to get back home to my nice warm bed. I’m afraid of that virus and don’t want any trouble
