Watched the "axeman009" 10/1. Civilian ditches partner after arrestee flops on floor.P.O partner keeps trying to get him in cell, mr cook county calmly walks over to desk and calls 10/1. This guy is a moron. No one is fighting, no one is under threat , the arrestee is just sandbagging on floor. The kicker is when the troops come in axeman stays in hallway like the useless tool he is. Sickening. Coulda got someone hurt rushing from the street for absolute nothing.

Some goof civilian in lockup called a 10-1 in 009 the other day. When everyone rushed in the arrest was just sitting on floor refusing to get in cell. Do civilians not know A.
