The 12th Ward aldercreature got a taste of what voters are feeling about now:
- NOW: Ald. Julia Ramirez (12th), whose ward has the planned tent site, arrived and was immediately encompassed by screaming protesters. The situation got so tense that CPD broke up the crowd and put the Alderwoman + her staffer in a squad car and left

Which is exactly the problem. The aldercreatures are so beholden to the leftist/progressive narrative, they've completely failed in their duty to REPRESENT the people who elected them.
We really can't stand politicians failing to answer questions from their employers - the voters.
Take for example, the Chicago Agricultural High School in Mount Greenwood. There's been a lot of construction going on there for almost a month now. The school sits on 72 acres and has a working 40 acre farm. The voters in Mount Greenwood have concerns, so they contacted aldercreature O'Shea. His office has said that the construction is "utility work." Then later, it was a waterline for the cattle on the farm....but the cattle are only there May thru October.
But that doesn't explain the electricians. Anyone know what a tent city needs to exist?

The value of property, real estate, is not to be found in it's monetary upon sale, rather is to be found in the value of living.

Turns out she allegedly plannned a community meeeting but said she couldnt do anything as it was private property and if the water department approved the site, it was a done deal. Problem is water department and every utility company had already done work.... so yes Mt greenwood will probably be a shelter site. Also in her mailer, she stated we had to be open minded and not fall for right wing talking points.

Representative government has let down its people. The citizens have allowed representative government to decay over several decades. For example, republican congress has interests in exportin US tax payer dollars to foreign lands for war and death, allow any swinging dick to enter this country, tacitly approve governmemnt agencies and judges to suplant the rights of its citizens, and enrich themselves while supporting wall street bankers/multinational corporations.
The vast majority of repub voters want less taxes, cheaper gas, affordable groceries, jobs (other than neat financial and service sector jobs like uber) an education devoid of red diaper babies, and to celebrate fully their rights gauranteed in the governmemt-limiting US constitution. Simple. Straight forward. And a good many democrats would like this, too.

The mayor, ONE person, has 141 officers JUST FOR HIM! Holy shit!! How is this possible and allowed? How many sergeants, Lts are working there? It’s become bigger than some districts. 141 officers x about $100k a year = 14,100,000 of our tax dollars spent to guard ONE man. To put it in perspective, Rahm had 16 officers. As a former Civil Affairs Army NCO, you are right on !! We need migrants and people to work in our country, but we are getting too many too soon. People with little skills, do not speak the language, no family in the country, no place to live, many with health problems, and totally unvetted as to their past. This is a recipe for disaster as I am sure we will all soon find out. These migrants will be on the dole either completely or partially for some time to come. This country has a shortage of affordable housing that cannot be solved easily and a lousy public transportation system.My friends in the charity business told me that they are overwhelmed with single males and they are causing problems. The liberals like to point to the great migrations of the early 20th Century. What they do not mention is these great migrations caused slums and great crime waves that took decades to solve. 40% of inmates in federal prisons are immigrants. In Chicago, however, the white people are not hurting enough to start the storming. This does not end until the castle gets stormed, and we must hope that the general with the fastest jeep who makes it to the castle first is a libertarian and not a socialist.

Wonderfully said! The testosterone and hitting the gym helps believe me it helps with many things including depression which many coppers fall into! Was going into that dark place doctor said lets try this been on it for 18 years feel good more energy, more strength went for nuclear heart test with stress test on tread mill did longest ever zero heart issues, sleep better research it! Raised my kids married over 40 years, everything is paid for (thanks cpd for all the extra overtime it really helped) drink no booze, no drugs eat right life is good. The job is the job make that money don't sweat the little things, treat everyone with courtesy (even the bad guys) don't make anything otj personal! This is the same circus different clowns! Ok, suburban guy here. We used to have a dog & I don’t mean an ugly copper! But the K-9 handler went mental saying he wants 6 hours OT every week because he has to pick up poopy from……….HIS DOG! After the dog is “retired” he/she is given to the officer for free. See that officer forgot that, so the 6 hours OT, the additional 2 hours everyday because his “partner” couldn’t feed himself (those W/ jerk partners place joke here). Then he decided that if he has training the dog can’t work a shift that day because the dog is only good for so many hours a day. It became such a cluster the village ended the program, took the dog from the copper & donated it to the V.A. My point, sometimes when you’re given a cushy “assignment” don’t look to jam up the village/city say thanks & work hard. Or in Shitcago just kiss/suck repeat & get your stars & bars doing nothing

She also thinks Scott's Law is " some bullsh!t" and went on a social media temper tantrum after being pulled over by ISP.
The alderman's office told me that it's cps property and that they cannot lease it out or make it a tent city. And even if they could, the alderman couldn't do anything about it.
