Trial Reminder

For the attempted murder of a CPD Officer:

  • The Whitney Temple trial will start on April 1 in room 304 at 26 cal at 11am for stealing a squad car and attempting to kill an 011th District Officer before crashing into innocent persons after a high speed chase.

It's supposed to be a bench trial, so having a presence in the courtroom would be good.

And look who finally woke up!

  • A woman will go on trial this Monday on accusations of attacking a Chicago Police officer, stealing his sport-utility vehicle, and running him over back in 2022.

But since her arrest, it turns out the woman, Whitley Temple, has been hired by the City of Chicago.

Authorities said at the time that around 9:45 a.m. on Monday, June 13, 2022, officers found Temple lying naked in the street near Jackson Boulevard and Kostner Avenue in West Garfield Park. Authorities at the time said as officers helped Temple, she turned the tables and began to attack one of the officers.

Attacked the ONLY officer on scene as the manpower dwindling was in full force back then....and continues to this day.

And it only took this "reporter" and her editors two years to notice this trial is long overdue and the City actually hired someone with multiple pending felony charges and drug use issues.

Welcome to the party pal.

Well. How did Chicago Firefighter and road rage on Foster Ave shooter Omotayo Kassim of engine company 28 get hired when allegedly he has numerous warrants in Colorado and a felony on his record?

Oh. Wait. It was a favor requested by the holder and steward of the infamous Ring Camera video scandal featuring a Commissioner and love affair gone south.

The Chicago Way.

Excellent, hopefully this will raise the stakes and bring some pressure. I didn’t notice when the CBS story was aired. Hopefully it wasn’t buried on a day when nobody was watching and hopefully it will be picked up nationally and even internationally with the Daily Mail in the UK. They seem to love pointing out how fucked up Chicago is.

Vetting??? --- We don't need no stinkin' vetting.

CPS and CPS charter schools can't get even let each other know which of their employees have been DNH'd or not and it's still going on today.

October 2017 - 163 CPS ‘Do Not Hire’ workers rehired at charter, contract schools: IG report

CHICAGO — Officials are trying to determine how dozens of former Chicago Public Schools employees, on CPS’s permanent “Do Not Hire” or “DNH” list, were rehired in charter and contract schools.

On Tuesday, the Inspector General issued a report stating that 163 “DNH” employees were found working at charter and contract schools.

These teachers were barred from CPS for a number of reasons including theft, falsifying documents and mismanagement of funds.

The list also included three employees found who were designated as DNHs by CPS for sexual abuse. Those employees are no longer working at those schools, according to the IG report.

Twenty-two former employees, who were barred for improper corporal punishment or physical abuse of students, were found working in charter and contract schools.

Two of these employees had been put in positions with increased disciplinary responsibilities.

Ninety-eight of the 163 unidentified former CPS employees are teachers.

The charter and contract schools who hired these employees claim they had no knowledge the employees were designated as “DNH.”

They explained there is no system in place to track which employees have been barred from CPS.

The Chicago Board of Education is developing a plan to combat the issue.

MOVING FORWARD -- Lake View high school PE teacher Vincent Rociola was on unpaid suspension for testing positive for cocaine when on August 2, 2017 he was hired by Acero De La Cruz charter high school. He claimed it was a false-positive as he claims he has Parkinson's disease (later found to be a lie) and that can mimic cocaine usage.

Rociola resigned from CPS a month and half after being hired by Acero in September 2017. Personnel records show he never completed the past work experience page of his Acero employment application. Acero was notified of Rociola's past of his full CPS investigation on the ISBE website under 'Teacher Dismissals.' (scroll down on this link https://www.isbe.net/Pages/Educator-Dismissals.aspx Click on his name and under Teacher Dismissals under 2017 to read the report)

Acero to their credit, fired him in January 2018, 5 months after he was hired.

Since CPS or Acero didn't go through the ISBE process to have Rociola's certification revoked, he landed at some bullshit special education school district in Chicago Heights, District 802 SPEED SEJA, as an Adaptive PE teacher.

CPS fails in many cases to get an ex-employee's ISBE certification revoked and by doing this CPS basically passes off their garbage on other school districts. Currently, two school districts are notorious for hiring CPS screw-ups, District 65 in Skokie and District 209 (Proviso)

District 65 just hired a former Marshall high school principal (Angel Turner) as 65's new superintendent. She was fired/DNH'd by CPS for falsification of student records.

Turner v. CPS lawsuit

Another thing CPS doesn't do his have a tracking system of recent arrests for current employees and this allows their employees to continue working without being put on suspension until their case is determined by the courts.

Only real media left are upstarts on internet and social media. It is no wonder the lagacy media is going broke and propped up by the likes of Soreazz.

Not to rain on the parade here, but as a detective of a few years now, who has been to 26/cal once or twice, there's a reason they take a bench trial in 304.
