No wonder they're emptying the Park District buildings:
Chicago Park District union workers overwhelmingly voted to authorize a strike after more than nine months of contract negotiations.
SEIU Local 73, which represents more than 2,200 park district workers, seeks competitive pay increases, a $20 hourly minimum wage, health insurance for every worker and more full-time positions.
Can't have all these illegals there if no patronage workers are minding the store.
And the crack we made about taxpayers getting to enjoy the park facilities they pay for with exorbitant taxes? Yeah, sorry about that.

I live on a street with 3 small parks. We can barely get them to dump the garbage cans with mountains of dog waste bags or cut what little grass actually grows. Maybe give the jobs to the illegals for $15 an hour.

When did park district workers become sanitation workers?
Is this backed by the Ramos crime family of the Chicago park district? Ghost patrolling, security gigs ran by that same crime family at park events? Almost all employees are aware of this crime families practices, maybe the I.G. Needs to get involved? Rumor has it that ghost patrolling is so rampant, most employees are scared the hammer is coming down. Look at the payrolls, timesheets and A+A’s at CPD nothing will add up, and the weaker security officers will fold and flip on everyone. Daddy supervises junior who supervises sibling and so on and so forth. All criminals who need to be imprisoned.

Biggest waste of Chicago taxpayer money is Park 580, the enclosed multi-purpose field on Oak Park Ave./Forest Preserve Drive in the Dunning neighborhood. It's only used by St. Patrick HS, Taft HS, and occasionally by nearby parks. It's never open to the general public for neighborhood kids and their parents.
Connected insiders are the Park's area supervisor Thomas McNammon and his cousin by marriage Ann McNammon. teacher at Taft HS.
Taxpayers spent over $2.6M on Park 580.
Another panic attack for Mayor Conehead.
Use the migrants as landscapers and janitors in the Chicago Park District.
Probably only cost about 25% or 30% of what they pay union workers.
Interesting because yesterday I heard a story about conehead wanting control of the park district. Also, I'd love to see police and fire make waves. Threaten to strike after 9 months. How about years of stalled negotiations for cpd and cfd. It clearly shows the lack of respect the city has for workers and their unions.
SEIU 73 better get their act together. Before striking, ensure migrants get those CityKey identification cards and state of ILL identification cards. Registration is essential for democrat crafted databases for the next U.S. census allowing more federal monies and more importantly maintaining or increasing representation in the U.S. House of Representatives. A state i.d. or drivers license is required to vote and the Motor Voter Act of 1993 or the NVRA or National Voter Registration Act passed by President Clinton was in preparation for decades of trickle border invasions and now the multicultural tsunami invasion. Get a state issued card and you are automatically registered to vote. SEIU get in lockstep with your progressives or your public money laundering schemes will be short lived. Capishe.

Migrants are here to displace low-skill but "legal" employees at factories, food-processing plants, corporate farms, and construction projects, as cheap-cheap labor. Look at long list of corporations who signed Biden Administration's "Tent Partnership for Refugees, a public-private partnership to support employment opportunities and economic integration for refugees". These corporations didn't sign-up for altruistic reasons, Feds are compensated corporations for hiring cheap illegal labor. Both Democrats and Republican politicians feel compelled to provide their corporate benefactors profitable initiatives and create new large "cheap-labor" source regardless whether low-income unskilled US citizens and "green card" immigrants are stripped of those low-wage jobs.
Media has already reported many instances of migrant-child labor at factories and food-processing facilities. That's only tip of iceberg.

They want $20 per hour to mop floors, throw out the garbage and clean the showers? Plus they want healthcare and full time positions? That is outrageous. This is what public sector unions do. They coerce politicians to exorbitant pay raises and benefits at the expense of tax payers.
Let the free market determine wages and benefits. Not unions.

I was part of BLEXIT in 2016. Now more of my family and friends have seen the light.
We were better off under Trump.

Was it a contract violation?
You can't file grievances on everything.
If it was a labor issue notify the State Labor board.
They may shake up the FOP.
You can also bring it up at a general meeting in front of a crowd.

The Park District employees need their buildings back. Their used to sleeping indoors.

By Federal Law.
After the Chicago Fire department went on strike in the 80's the powers that be went to Washington and had the Feds make it a Federal Law that Police and Fire can not go on strike.
Time for SEIU to take the purple t-shirts out of mothballs and distribute the pre printed placards saying “Si se puede” to all of the illegals who will march like lemmings in the streets. The very definition of an astroturf movement.
