Can you imagine if Cook County courts were used to hold parents accountable for their children's crimes? All these carjackings, robberies, burglaries, batteries and homicides?

So Snelling and Kirsten (copa chief whiner) have been given a time out and are summoned to the principals office. Meaning they both are to meet with police board president Anthony Driver. The subject?. Glad you asked. PROFESSIONALISM. Huh?
I have to side with Snelling on this one. Kirsten goes on a media tour, including espn, to spin the dexter reed incident in an attempt to sway the court of public opinion under the guise of transparency. Never mind the incident is still under investigation, the officers at the time have not been interviewed, and copa makes public a letter requesting the involved officers be relieved of their police powers. Kirsten also questions how the officers could see reed through tinted windows, all in public forums. So Snelling calls her out on her BS.
So now the two have to go meet with Driver to play nice. Driver, who seems to be an over rated community activist, is going to tell them how to act in public?
These officers will not get a fair shake from copa or the police board. Go look at driver’s bio and the bios of his crew. That says it all.

Just because we know how to have children, doesn't mean we know how to raise children. Take one parent out of the equation and you have a sure recipe for disaster.
I watch my fat stupid neighbors consistently ignore their fat stupid kids and think they are great at parenting. I know there are some really special kids out there that seem to rise above their childhood. But it is extremely likely that your kid isn't one of them, and will grow up just as dysfunctional as you are.
I don't expect very much out of the next couple generations and given that these kids are in the custody of CPS for 8 hours a day, and being indoctrinated the entire time...
You think your kid is "special" and won't turn out bad. Unless the parents are special, I suggest that their kids won't turn out special either...and I don't see very many special parents out there if I am being honest.

Accountability and responsibility appear to apply to white parents/guardians. All others do not share in such burdens especially in Crook County and the formerly great city of Chicago. To do so, would be unthinkable to the Democrat low information voter base.
There is a petition out there that seeks to empower Chicago voters to recall Conehead. This could be on the fall ballot if sufficient signatures are presented. More information is needed to get the petition on the fall ballot.

I may be of the minority here, but I don't agree that they are convicted of Involuntary Manslaughter. They did not pull the trigger, their stupid kid did. They should of been charged with some kind of Felony Child Abuse or Endangerment. I believe that this will be overturned on appeal.

The three most frequent answers 15 years ago when asking a juvenile arrestee father’s info: 1. He in jail (this is of course probably no longer true) 2. He dead 3. I don’t know. Sad but true. My favorite was when mom usually told multiple men they were the daddy.

For blacks that be racist. Things would be great if they would just invest all the illegals big money in the south and west side. More freebies are always the answer to zero responsible parenting. You see they need more programs for the poor downtrodden yutes.

You disagree with common sense and things that are easily observed on a daily basis? You think having a tinted windshield means you don't have to buy a city sticker? Tinted or not, if the city sticker isn't visible, it's a ticket. For officers, it's a ticket and probably a suspension. Tinting the windshield doesn't make everyone just say "oh well, guess I won't bother checking for a city sticker... well played." Do yourself a favor whenever you get some free time. Walk up and down a few blocks around your house, and count how many front windshields have dark tint. When you realize 99+% don't, you can go back home and come up with a better argument to make. If you somehow come to the conclusion that many vehicles have dark tinted windshields, I'd suggest you visit an eye doctor.
