Holy shit.

Camera, make and model and type, digital or film.
Lense, make, model and type, telescopic, zoom, aperature at moment of image capture/shutter snapped, etc. If film, film type, manufacturer, if digital, chip type, specs and manufacturer.
If image purporting to be of actual bullet in flight, is image a frame of film, or a digital frame of video?
If video, specifications on video format, frame rate, resolution size, etc.
Whether digital or film, was camera tripod mounted, what type, make and model and steadiness rating where it was located at these moments of occurences? At what distance from the subject?
Seriously.
OMG! More will come out but it seems as if security wasn’t what it was supposed to be. What if someone who could shoot took the shot. Just horrible! If the bad guy was some kind of marksman it would have only took one shot. Just unbelievable! My hart goes out to all the random people who were shot by the nut who was on the roof.
Perspective of a very old person. Saw jfk and Oswald get assassinated on TV. It didn't work out like they thought it would. Even with our limited TV and newspapers it forever shook Americans faith in our government and media. To this day there are books and documentaries about the deep state killing their own leaders. An incident occurred the evening of July 13 at a Trump rally in Pennsylvania. The Secret Service has implemented protective measures and the former President is safe. This is now an active Secret Service investigation and further information will be released when available.

Timing is everything in the life, God sent his mighty angels to protect President Trump. It is a shame very innocent bystander, who was without a doubt, very excited to get prime seating to be with this great man who loves America loves lawful people.
I sent some money to the Trump approved go fund me for the victims. The more I read the more I feel it was a setup. 130 yards, clear line of sight, gets off shots, then killed. No way security let's that happen.
Secret Service dropped the ball. They need to assume that someone is out to harm the President or Ex-Presidents at ALL times and at ALL events. How could they leave an assassin wide open at an elevated level a short distance away. How stupid can they be? Are they staffed with the best and brightest, including ex-military or is it another DEI institution filled with people who are not the best for the job?
My guess is that two things mitigated the situation - 1. Divine intervention kept President Trump’s head from being splattered, and 2. One highly qualified, probably ex-military sniper neutralized the threat.
Their incompetence opened the door and the end result is a dead civilian in what should have been an air tight perimeter.
That was close.
Close call for sure...Trump turned and tilted/leaned his head just before the shots were fired like he does during all his speeches.
I shudder to think if that shot had landed and hit its target center mass. This country would be in an uproar. It made me actually think of how close to civil unrest we are...

As to the shooter, he must have not been trained to shoot for center mass. Very few untrained could pull off a head shot.

Fed here, with a bit of experience in protective security too (DSS). All institutions are full of DEI hires. We recently had a vacancy and were told the selectee would be female regardless of how interviews went.

But his job was to prevent the shooter from getting off any rounds not shoot him after he fired unless he was silencing the shooter so he couldn't tell the tale.

As a digital image capture frame?
At what angle was camera lens?
At what elevation referenced to image subject?
At what digital video frames per second and resolution?
If film, at what shutter speed and aperture?
At what angles of sun positions, both vertical and horizontal, relative to projectile/trace path and position relative to image subject?

Hats off? He was just doing the job he was paid to do. And the "distance" involved was not that great. Congratulations would have been in order if the sniper team had detected the would-be assassin and taken him out BEFORE he could get his shots off.

Could it be possible that he already had him in his sights for a while and just didn’t get permission to take the shoot or didn’t take the shot
Hard to believe a sniper can locate a shooter almost instantly and take a shot. Doesn’t happen that quickly. If he was able to locate him that quickly he should have been able to see him walking or crawling across the roof with a rifle
I still haven't seen any description of the weapon or caliber other than an AR-15 like weapon.
