He also said Shot Spotter was supposed to be utilized to save lives and its a waste of money and not doing its job, correct? Wasn't that the same reason for red light and speed cameras? Studies have shown the cameras make a miniscule of difference in saving lives.
Wasn't getting rid of red light and speed cameras one of Mayor CTU's campaign promises and how unfair those tickets are to the Black community?
Hell, Mayor CTU hasn't even raised the threshold for those speed camera tickets back to 10 mph after LL's cash grab lowering it to 5 mph

You need a pie chart on the demographics of the city next to it, to really bring this out for those who don't now those numbers.
What this graph demonstrates is that Chicago is one of the safest cities in the world as long as you are not black. Chicago has experienced 13 homicides of people who are white or Asian. Of those 13 I am going to guess some of them are pa killing ma domestic homicides, types of crime that the cops can do little to prevent. Why can’t the liberals see that the only group that gives a shit about black homicides are the cops? Not with CPD, but, in spite of all your fucked up management, I think that it’s an excellent police department.

The first time I heard someone use the term " over policing" was about 10 years out of the mouth of Toni Preckwinkle. She blamed over policing for all of the black men in jail/prisons. In her lofty viewpoint if not for the cops always stopping and arresting black men there would not be so many black men in prison. It was the fault of the police.
When I was a kid I remember the newspapers falling all over themselves to report that Richard Hatcher had been elected mayor of Gary, Indiana. ‘The 1st Black man elected mayor of a major American city’ the reports said. Well, Mayor Hatcher is gone and Gary isn’t so major anymore. Most of the steel makers have left taking thousands of jobs with them. Ahhhh….so how’s Chicago doing?

It looks like one segment of the population is committing a higher percentage of crime than their percentage in the population, so either that population needs to lower their percentage in the pie chart or the other populations need to start committing more crimes, so says sarcasm.
