- BREAKING: Illinois Senate Democrats just passed HB 5164 which allows illegal aliens and trans people to legally hide their name change.The Republican Senate Minority Leader raised concerns that this would allow them to hide any past criminal behavior.Why are Illinois Democrats protecting criminals?

If it helps one democrat get elected, is it not worth it ?
I really do have to push my wife to get her CC. I can’t be with her every minute of every day. This state’s politicians are out of control, valuing criminals and illegals above the safety and interests of the state’s citizens.

There are 35 Democrats sponsoring this bill. No Republicans. One name that pops out is Senator Robert MARTWICK. During election times I get the most flyers from him about how pro law enforcement he is. His flyers are misleading if you take the time to research them. The rest of the time you never hear from him.

To get money for more bodies after the next census?
To not loose another congressional seat?

I don't see anything in the summary specific to illegals and trannys.
What I do see is an opportunity for every person ever convicted of a felony to bury that fact. 'Freddy D. Felon' becomes 'D. Frederick Felon' and POOF! no match in the system short of fingerprinting.
Todays illegal alien is tomorrows Democrat voter. Just axe the fat fuck.
So if people are allowed to change their name and then want to buy a firearm do the gun hating democrats want them to disclose their previous name or will any background checks be done under the new cleansed name? Have an outstanding warrant? The new name beats the system. Democrats hate you, love violent criminals and are the reason crime is rampant. On a side note the Lakin Riley Act just was passed that requires illegal aliens who are arrested for burglary, theft, shoplifting and other crimes to be detained and then deported. The bill passed with 159 democrats voting NO! The evidence is overwhelming, democrats hate America.

House Bill 4144 creates a mandate that police seize firearms from anyone subject to an order of protection or “red flag” order. This includes ex parte orders, where the respondent is not notified of a hearing or offered any due process rights. There is no language in this legislation requiring the state police to return the seized guns if the order expires or if the ex parte order is dismissed.
