This is actually down a bit from last year. The sub-freezing temps of the past couple weeks undoubtedly led to a reduction in targets.
But spring is around the corner and a few warm ones are on tap.

The level of crime is way to much for anywhere. Chicago is a war zone. Crime has been out of control for a long time. People are tired of it and have been moving away because of it.
