Boycott El Salvador?
A lot of drama for.....what exactly?
Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D) is asking his state’s pension funds and procurement agencies to examine any investments or contracts they have with companies in El Salvador, the first step toward a possible boycott of the country for assisting President Donald Trump in defying court orders on the treatment of migrants.
In a statement, Pritzker indicated the moves were in response to El Salvador President Nayib Bukele’s willingness to help Trump deny due process to hundreds of migrants deported to El Salvador and now held in a notoriously dangerous maximum-security prison with no potential of release.
If state pensions are investing a significant percentage of money in El Salvador, then a bunch of them need to be audited and the managers jailed.
And remember, Porkulous is throwing his (considerable) weight behind an effort to free a gang-tattooed, wife-beating, human trafficker who had a deportation order in effect from six years ago while tens of thousands of Illinoisans flee this blue-state-$hithole.

He destroyed what was left of the State of Illinois, removed toilets to avoid property tax, sent his family to Free Florida during COVID, held a raucous mask free party in Lake Geneva, Wi during COVID while forcing draconian fascist lockdowns, business & Church closures and dog mask policies. He has also violated the US Constitution with illegal Anti- Second Amendment bans. This is the worst Illinois Governor I have ever seen!!!!

President Nayib Bukele is cleaning up his state housing violent criminals improving the quality of life in country. Contrast that with Autocrat Pritzker who seeks to subjugate his masses through fear utilizing terror tactics by our very own violent criminal element in his state. There is no better way to lead your nation's demise than to let a throng imported criminals roam free exercising their violent culture and criminal skillsets. Lots of local problems in Illinois with no solutions. Maybe residents of Illinois should start demanding an accounting for all of the ruling democrat party's spending. Or throw in the towel and disinvest in Illinois.
Here is an example of the part the stock markets play in public pension systems. In 2022, the Kentucky teachers' retirement system lost -10.68% of its portfolio asset value. When that happens, they also did not make the assumed rate of return, which means they lost 17.78% of its portfolio value. In 2022. In dollars, that equaled a loss was $4.10 billion dollars. On top of that, they had to pay out $2.4 billion in benefits. This level of loss is not reflected anywhere in the financial report. In Kentucky, they are lying and covering up the severity of the public pension crisis. Due to stock market losses in 2022, Kentucky taxpayers had to fork over 43.33% of covered teachers' payroll just to keep it solvent for the fiscal year.

Government pensions are a joke. Fauci retired on 450k a year and contributed nothing to science, community, or government. Government employees by and large make things worse.
I seriously doubt that he has even the slimmest (no pun intended) chances of a presidency, but I do believe that Illinois is dumb enough to vote for him again.
I heard a rumor that everywhere he appears to speak, he makes a request for a 6 foot sub sandwich and a case of diet coke to be in his ready room before he speaks. Can anyone confirm this?
