PPP Fraud Discussion
The IG goes on the radio and discusses the PPP loan fraud:
- Deborah Witzburg, Chicago Inspector General, joins Lisa Dent to discuss PPP fraud among 41 Illinois employees. Of the 41 Illinois employees who committed fraud, many worked for the Illinois Department of Human Services. But Witzburg explains that some were police officers, and even state politicians.

Is the statute of limitations approaching? Because we figure Debby Downer is in place meremy to run out the clock. We've linked to a few cases where well known exempt members of the CPD are listed as getting PPP loans.....but as we recall, the Police Department never actually shut down where they could plausibly justify their one-person security companies or hair salons that only seemed to have home addresses.

When will the FEDS come in to lock up those committing in the COVER UP ???
Anyone who is not 100% legitimate needs to go to prison and all their assets auctioned off.
There is no statue of limitations on Fraud.

The statute of limitations for prosecuting Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) fraud has been extended to 10 years by the PPP and Bank Fraud Enforcement Harmonization Act of 2022 and the COVID-19 EIDL Fraud Statute of Limitations Act of 2022.
Indictments are coming. New acting US Attorney starts next Monday. Expect at least a few elected officials and family members to be indicted. Maybe some current and retired exempts.

Don’t forget Catanzara admitting that he secured a PPP loan for the FLOP office workers only to instead use that dough on the food trailer which spends more time feeding assorted ghetto church congregants than police officers. Yeah, he said this at a general meeting, forever memorialized in the minutes. And please don’t omit that Field Rep KG also got some of dat PPP loot under the guise of owing a business. And yes, the Feds have been notified and provided with the appropriate documentation… or so I’ve been told 😉
Yeah sure. These government officials and prosecutors talk about investigating and punishing PPP loan fraudsters like my wife talks about getting into shape and using the Peloton. It's been a couple of years now. It's been uncovered and just sitting there. Still no motion. Still no results.

IG Deborah Witzberg is a fraud and a waste. She only pretends to be concerned about things when they are made public. She has no disciplinary authority and no one takes her recommendations seriously.
They have done no enforcement, just to let time lapse? That’s why they pick Debbie downer? Here on SCC and other social media formats there was plenty of evidence showing those who falsified PPE loans. But not one investigation of any ranking city official? You get what you voted for!
These evil scammers almost always getaway with their crimes.
I heard it live the other day and she said the IG would focus on PO and politician but didn’t all those employees commit fraud?

There are waaaaay more than 41 fraudsters. Who is being covered up for? And just how do you get fortunate to not make the inspector general's list? Is it political pay to play? Just donate to the right coffers (kickback) and you don't end up on the list? Something hasn't been right here since the beginning of all of this. How did all this money get doled out without any oversight whatsoever..? How is it that an inspector general only finds 41 people in this scandal? Who appointed them? Who do they answer to?
