Another SAFE-T Act Win
When do you think we're going to get a giant tax cut for the money that they aren't spending on housing inmates? Because no one seems to be held in any jail any more:
A Waukegan man accused of concealing the death of an Antioch woman in April was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers over the weekend in Chicago. Jose Luis Mendoza-Gonzalez, 52, was taken into custody by ICE officers Saturday, the Department of Homeland Security said.
At the time of his arrest, Mendoza-Gonzalez, an immigrant from Mexico, was awaiting his next court appearance in connection with the death of 37-year-old Megan Bos. He was charged with concealment of a death, abuse of a corpse and obstructing justice. Mendoza-Gonzalez had made a court appearance in that case April 12, two days after his initial arrest. A judge ordered him released from custody pending trial.
Megan Bos’ mother, Jennifer Bos, said she was “in absolute shock” when a friend sent her an online news article about the ICE arrest. “I think people expected me to be upset that he was arrested by ICE,” Jennifer Bos said. “My intention the whole time is to bring attention to the fact that he was released after what he did to her.”
Did you catch that? Mom wasn't upset that ICE arrested him - she was upset he was even out on bail in the first place. But don't count on the Sun Times telling readers why Mom was unhappy. For that you have to go elsewhere:
- Immigration authorities in Chicago arrested a Mexican illegal immigrant accused of decapitating a missing Illinois woman and storing her body in a storage container filled with bleach.
Yeah, after hiding her body....FOR TWO MONTHS....he chopped off her head.
This isn't enough to keep someone in jail pending trial now. Ain't "progress" grand?

As long as demoRats run this state, it will be one fucked up state no matter where you live in it. This story and the prior one is proof. I only wish the people, minorities and whites, who continually vote democrat would wise.
These are the kind of people that fat chops Pigster wants to protect. Taxpayers and law abiding citizens come in second place.
Until the least perilous place for these committers of violence is behind bars, vicerally so, the dangers to those not commiting crimes will be greater than the risks to those committing violences are.
Open season upon those confirmed by their histories can only be a motivator of requesting incarceration if open season is actual.

The media hid the fact that he was an illegal. We have enough citizens that are criminals. Send every illegal back. If you feel bad for them, you can go too.
Now Lake county States Attorney is crying the ICE arrest is hampering the prosecution of this illegal immigrant since he is being housed in Indiana holding facilities. Next will be his public defender saying he cannot make a defense if his client is out of state. Maybe we should charge him with federal laws to keep him in custody?

ALL democrats love and support illegal criminal immigrants, and local criminals, not police. Don't be fooled by the "other" Mendoza. DONT VOTE FOR HER, just because she has a merit brother and goes to fundraisers.
Lake County is a microcosm of the state. A few bigger cities loaded with illegals and the welfare crowd, the rest of the county is red. Trump flags, signs, ect. But not enough to overcome the vast vote fraud apparatus FJB spoke about.
“Kill or capture orders” would speed up the process and motivate illegals to self deport.
So now all you have to do is fuck with the body/evidence/crime scene enough and you get away with murder. Lesson taught, lesson learned.

Pity the guy didn't face former prosecutor, now Judge Nerheim, as he usually finds a way to hold em. The NO Safety act is alive and sadly in force.
Lake county prosecutors are super weak. They dropped all charges against a guy who admitted his very bad stunts, but was related to a former blonde chi town mayor. This happened after 2 years, 5 prosecutors and the guy's strategically changing lawyers 4 times. Lake county is LOST. sadly.
