Using our hours though, the numbers drop slightly to three and twenty three.
And once they reevaluate the unfortunate three bodies pulled from Lake Michigan:
- currently listed as a "domestic situation" which means only two things - three murders or worse, two murders and a suicide
We're back to seven (or eight).

Hell, if you are going to murder someone, do it Illinois. And better if done in Chicago, County of Cook. No consequences, no death penalty, just life in prison with three square meals, medical, dental, vision, all paid for by the hard working taxpayers of Illinois. May have to join a gang, be someone’s bitch, but as long as the state is run by demoRats the chances of parole/early release are damn good, so it’s all just a little inconvenience. Yup, Illinois is the Club Med of the Midwest for killers and incarceration.
Wait for next year. Chicago is falling apart. No policies or tactics changed for Chicago Police Department. It’s an outlier for this year’s shooting. Other crimes are up.

But Crime is down in Chicago! Police have never been defunded in Illinois.
Rham Emmanuel never saw the McDonald shooting video prior to his reelection. Lori Lightfoot never refused to raise the bridges during the BLM protests in Chicago. And Brandon Johnson never became a leader in the Immigration support while having nervous break downs as mayor!

Murder suicide. Quick clearance. Remember it’s all about numbers, and they love clearing murders.
The worst one that I have read here was a coroners' report about an unidentified body found wired to a chair in an abandoned warehouse, all major bones broken with a pipe abandoned at the scene, and fed upon by scavengers over a period of three to four months.
Coroners' conclusions: "Cause of death undetermined."
