It's amazing how you can't go more than a day without another bit of evidence that the SAFE-T Act is a 100% failure across the board:
Prosecutors this week charged a 43-year-old man with attacking or trying to attack three strangers with a knife during a rampage in Old Town two months ago.
But what happened in the months and weeks leading up to that incident is an increasingly familiar Chicago story: Repeated arrests. Repeated violations. Repeated warnings. And repeated releases by judges who kept putting him back on the street.
We certainly hope the Republican National Committee has a file full of these examples should the day ever arise that Porky runs for national office.

It seems these Democrat judges, state legislators and other electors have an interest in the moving van companies who will be transporting decent people out of this hellhole they have created and are perpetuating. It's like the line in the movie "It's A Wonderful Life", "Every time a bell rings an angel gets his wings." Except here, every time a judge releases a dangerous criminal back out into the street someone is killed or maimed and another moving van leaves out of Chicago.

We know you are so busy with the 1000’s of requests you get to see the books but I would like my money. I earned it , the court decided I am entitled to it and now I would like to collect.
Also what about the forensic audit? How is it going? Shouldn’t take that long and hoping you hired an independent auditor.
It’s all about keeping the black and brown people out of prison. All of the dems social programs are pure failures. The opportunities provided have altered nothing with criminal activity and recidivism.

Why do you not pull up the case file with the clerk of court and check the status yourself. The city lost the case since December of 2019 and has been calculating thr damages and appealing both the loss and damages ever since. The unions were not harmed so they are not part of the lawsuit. Why dont you look up the Illinois wage payment act which provides for a compounded intrest calculation? The city fighting the double an triple damages. The payout could bankrupt thee city.

I retired from a different dept 21 years ago . Daley fucked us on backpack, that stood in court, but he also paid us a lower scale on our last check and accrued time. We won in court and it's small potato at the time. Still waiting on the cities appeal. Now it will be 21 years of interest plus changing our pension payout times 22 years with interest. Should be alot of money now. Makes no sense and with a tribal city government I'm sure they will just refuse to pay. No private company could get away with this shit. These people are worthless fucks. Blank checks for the invaders and welfare queens but fuck the retirees. And they forced me to spend 1000s on medical when Rahm canceled our medical. Yolanda Talley tried saving her own ass when she was busted getting tickets for the May 2025 Beyonce concert for free or greatly reduced prices. That effort didn't work. The FOP is not involved because it is a civil suit filed by others. They have no control. The FOP did NOT say that we were not going to get paid. The interest rate is something like 5% a month that it goes unpaid, this was imposed by the court. I believe the lawsuit covers 10 years.
