Again....and Again....and Again
It's amazing how you can't go more than a day without another bit of evidence that the SAFE-T Act is a 100% failure across the board:
Prosecutors this week charged a 43-year-old man with attacking or trying to attack three strangers with a knife during a rampage in Old Town two months ago.
But what happened in the months and weeks leading up to that incident is an increasingly familiar Chicago story: Repeated arrests. Repeated violations. Repeated warnings. And repeated releases by judges who kept putting him back on the street.
We certainly hope the Republican National Committee has a file full of these examples should the day ever arise that Porky runs for national office.

Karma should come face to face with these judges who drink the progressive Kool-Aid.
It seems these Democrat judges, state legislators and other electors have an interest in the moving van companies who will be transporting decent people out of this hellhole they have created and are perpetuating. It's like the line in the movie "It's A Wonderful Life", "Every time a bell rings an angel gets his wings." Except here, every time a judge releases a dangerous criminal back out into the street someone is killed or maimed and another moving van leaves out of Chicago.
They keep wanting us the lemmings hunted,ventilated and killed! They know we do not vote demoncrat so they want us eliminated! How about this "secret?" seems barry obamas disgusting looking library concrete keeps failing inspection, due to not qualified dei people/folks required on the job. You cannot make this stuff up! So they have to keep tearing it out and redoing it as taxpayers are fleeced as usual in the most corrupt city-state-county in the country!

This probably needs its own thread. Can FOP tell us when the city will be paying us our monies owed from VRI. Most people are owed thousands. Are they hoping we forget or hoping that most of us die off during retirement? I worked VRI so many years to pay tuition. I can only imagine the city owes me 10000 easy. Also the judge ordered them to pay. Do we get paid with interest? Dear FOP can you please do something about this? We know you are so busy with the 1000’s of requests you get to see the books but I would like my money. I earned it , the court decided I am entitled to it and now I would like to collect.
Also what about the forensic audit? How is it going? Shouldn’t take that long and hoping you hired an independent auditor.
It’s all about keeping the black and brown people out of prison. All of the dems social programs are pure failures. The opportunities provided have altered nothing with criminal activity and recidivism.
Violent criminals, no matter who, need to be incarcerated long term for the betterment of society.
It’s time to hold entire families responsible for the criminal activity of their off spring.

Why do you not pull up the case file with the clerk of court and check the status yourself. The city lost the case since December of 2019 and has been calculating thr damages and appealing both the loss and damages ever since. The unions were not harmed so they are not part of the lawsuit. Why dont you look up the Illinois wage payment act which provides for a compounded intrest calculation? The city fighting the double an triple damages. The payout could bankrupt thee city.
