"Justice System" Failures Continue
SAFE-T Act failures abound.
Electronic monitoring continues to be a joke.
And as we've been pointing out for decades, the Parole system is broken beyond repair:
A 21-year-old man who walked out of prison the same day he arrived in August is now accused of being part of a violent armed robbery crew that Chicago police suspect was responsible for 28 holdups during November. Prosecutors have filed charges against Marquis Terry in four of those cases, including one in which a victim was kidnapped and driven to Chase Bank locations across the city.
Terry previously drew coverage on CWBChicago when a stolen, loaded machine gun was found in his high school locker last year. Records show he received a five-year prison sentence in mid-August for possessing the weapon. But during the roughly 500 days he spent in the Cook County Jail awaiting resolution of the case, he earned 900 days of credit. Combined with the state’s mandatory 50 percent sentence reduction, he was released from prison on August 14, the same day he walked in.
You know where criminals can live, and all the crimes they continue to commit don't bother the law abiding citizens?

The problem is most citizens have no idea on what's going on because they have other interests, and they are in a daze. And also the Chicago News Media which are the cheerleaders for the Democrat Party and are the chief sanitizers of the news in Chicago shaping the stories.

Not sure what’s more disturbing, the fact he gets out of prison and goes bananas robbing and kidnapping people or that he was 20 years old and still in high school. What type of education system is allowing this fucktard to remain in high school past his teens ? And, this is why my taxes went up over 100% ?

The existence of the site would make for a great story for the lame-stream media… but it goes against the liberal narrative.
Yup - been saying that for years. The Justice System was put into place to ensure everyone got a fair shake. Bad guys would go to jail when they got convicted, Judges were paid not to care who won or lost, etc.
When the Judges started injecting their beliefs into the sentencing; when the criminals started not getting locked up; when the law abiding didn't get a fair shake - then vigilantism raised its head.
At some point I don't think the criminals will like that because vigilantes will be of the belief: Hey, fuck it - he's not going to jail, he's not getting what he deserves, so here we go....

Well, you see, according to the CPS Overlords, his disinvested and marginalized neighborhood cohort kept this young man from achieving all that he was destined to be. He was kept down and denied his rocket scientist track, so he changed lanes to be a rapper. He was just turnin' his life around when he got caught up in nonsense that had nothin' to do with him, then his locker got targeted with an unwarranted search and he got into the system...
Wasn't his fault at all. He's makin' progress and is on track to graduate with full diploma when he's 27.
Yesterday was a great day in Homer, Glen, and in Lamont the savages decided to do a couple of Home invasions the police out there have real leadership unlike Chicago, where they constantly will not let the police be the police. There was a police chase. They threw guns out the window. All three of the clowns got caught guns recovered, and they’re sitting in jail in DuPage thankfully not crook County.
