Rahm's Own "Code of Silence"

After spouting off about something he made up on the spot and had zero proof that it ever existed, the 9.5-Digit Midget gets his own shot at the politicians "Code of Silence:"

  • A federal judge reversed course Friday and barred former Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel from being called as a witness in an upcoming civil trial over alleged police misconduct.

U.S. District Judge John Tharp changed his mind two days after telling lawyers Emanuel “put himself in play” with a December 2015 speech acknowledging a code of silence at the Chicago Police Department.

The new ruling followed a flurry of court filings earlier in the day, in which each side pointed fingers at each other as Emanuel’s potential testimony drew nearer. The legal dust-up came as Emanuel, a Democrat, seems to be positioning himself for a presidential run in 2028.

This of course, occurred following the Van Dyke shooting and Rahm's efforts to hide, restrict and deny video evidence that led to the "16 shots and a cover-up" chants that made his last political run a non-starter.

It will also come up prominently should he try to run for the top office, dooming him to yet another ambassadorship somewhere down the line.

If you’re a bad police officer you are not going to commit crimes in front of good police officers. Now if the good police officer says he has no idea about this person it’s because he has no idea. When the feds actually catch 1 bad one he will rat out everyone including people he has nothing to do with to save himself. The feds don’t create cases they create rats.

Politicians should be required to wear cameras and have them when two or more politicians have gathered in any location and when meeting with staffers in any location. Can you then see all the backroom deals taking place from occupying bathroom stalls.

I worked doing FOIAs back then. At that time, FOIAs were still relatively new. On the other side, much of the time, the Corp Counsel wouldn’t even bother to send a request for copies of a file. You’d walk into the office and front office secretaries would let them just grab a file and start copying it (I imagine some may have even just taken the file) with no record that they ever had access to it. If memory serves correctly, there was exactly 1 FOIA for that file before the shit hit the fan. Another issue, once anyone requests and receives a copy of video, (before it’s gone public) there’s no actual running list of who actually sees that video. It can be 1 person, it can be 100. All video whether it’s viewed by department members, city council etc should require an actual sign in log to view it. That way nobody can claim ignorance to what they saw then agreed to sweep under the carpet for the sake of an election.

“ In the speech, Emanuel described the code of silence as a “tendency to ignore, deny or, in some cases, cover up the bad actions of a colleague.” Sun Times Jan 30 2026

This of course was Rahm referring to Chicago Police officers. “The pot calling the kettle black.” Nobody comes close to the level of the ‘code of silence’ that exists in the Democrat Party, not even the Mafia. No one ever reveals the secrets and skullduggery. They always stick together and always use the same buzzwords when dealing with the bought and paid for news media. They have destroyed a lot of people. And it’s going to continue as they are able to fool many citizens. Their goal is total control and a one party system with them in control.

Rahm is done. Too pale, too stale, and identifies as male. Not the right mix for the modern communist party. He’s got to be 66 or 67, right? At what point does a normal person just say fuck it and enjoy their ill gotten gains?

There is a code of silence and I wish they would call me to testify! The code of silence is at BIA and the bosses! I plan on writing a book and telling all.

Code of Silence is Hollywood nonsense. You can’t get three coppers to agree on where to go get lunch. Do people realize that accounts of an incident might jive because..maybe…it actually happened like that?

I’d like to preset this move at exhibit one your honor.

Granted.

I also request that the movie be shown in its entirety in the court to show how real police work is done.

Granted. Turn down the lights, pull the shades and start the movie.

Locked solid in the clusterfucking loop of fiddling with the tiny mickeymouse nits picked as delusionary potential repairs to an insatiably fubared structure, being so dedicated to seeing only a tree or two and being blinded to the forest, the clear catalyst for the restoring of our nation's promise being now boldly doing what no rino had dared to do, Make America Great Again, and this petty nonsense bickering continues?

Snap outta it!

The digit midget 9.5 and Ozempic Fatzker must believe they can succeed nationwide to even think about a presidential campaign, but the entire country is not in a democrat stranglehold like Chicago, Cook County, and Illinois.
Neither have the charisma to hypnotize the entire country like sparklefarts and bubba. Plus, neither is even likeable. Their egos apparently know no bounds.

The actual bar incident happened at a place near Webster and Clybourne. Guys from 018 and 014 used to go after hours and cocktail. My memory is starting to go so I can't remember the name...I think the building is still there but the DePaul shitheads and locals managed to get the place closed since they couldn't get in...

Wasn’t Rahm supposed to testify per the judges orders and the next day the judge changes his mind and said Rahm didn’t have to testify. Sounds like some phone calls were made and they left him off the hook. Elections are coming also the judge was appointed by a Democrat
