There has to be something done about this. Our backyards aren’t in public view I get that whole thing. But filming kids? And he’s a weirdo Sgt. Strange bird. Keeps getting launched outta units & districts. I believe Minnesota has some ordinance. Just plain sucks. Work all day & can’t even relax on an rdo without this coward listening.
What’s the deal with people pointing a camera from their window inside your house?! How is this legal? How can you prove it?
