Political Season Underway
The first big name announces her intent to run for Conehead's job:
Illinois Comptroller Susana Mendoza officially launched her campaign to become the next mayor of Chicago on Wednesday.
In her announcement, she said Chicago deserves more competence.
She's the latest to join a crowded field of politicians looking to become the next leader to occupy City Hall's fifth floor.
But she was the first to have an official launch party.
She's got a tough road ahead of her, and middle-of-the-road isn't quite going to cut it. She's going to have to go scorched earth against a few of the entrenched Machine candidates and appeal to the stay-at-home voters to come out in droves. Thirty-three percent turnout isn't her friend - that's the commies / progressives / CTU friends.

I can never understand why people don't vote! We're lucky we have a vote...
How many illegals were registered to vote via motor voter while obtaining their D.L. or I.D. , and have no idea they are registered? You can bet some machine flunkies are frantically filling out absentee ballots using illegals identities every election to push their machine candidates over the finish line for the win, like the Buy-den steal of 2020.
The democratic party is a criminal enterprise, many republicans are dirty too. The vast majority of politicians should be in prison for what they have done to the country.

I’m a republican and will never vote for a democratic. In Chicago there are no republicans running. That’s why I don’t vote. Most republicans here are really RINO they vote for Democrats.
It will be difficult for a Hispanic to win. The blacks will vote for only a black candidate, the whites will split their vote and what Hispanics are eligible to vote will vote for a Hispanic, but there are not enough Hispanic legal voters to make a difference. Chicago is filled with illegals. Look at Little Village area . it was desolate when ICE was in town, stores and restaurants were empty. Streets empty. All illegals.

Illinois Comptroller? How much does that office have to do with funding Chicago? Is there an Inspector General beholden to that office to figure out where and why our tax money is going to whom? And did she do due diligence to that office to protect the monies mandatorily taken out of each and every paycheck? Will she rein in the CTU, and the bloated bureaucracy that fails to serve the meager amount of students in their care? Close those under 20% enrollment schools?
One of the reasons I became a Citizen was so that I could Vote, When I registered to Vote I checked the box that I was a Citizen, You don't have to show proof that you are a Citizen.
