As a sgt just months ago, Myles left his inside spot and went to a district before the Lt exam results came out. He claimed to know and talk with the exam assessors. He then miraculously scored #2 on the exam. Now he is tapped for commander after a 2-3 month stint as a Lt. A true CPD success story!

I hope you realize almost all the top scorers on the test are cheaters??? Over 80% of the top 30 scorers on the LT exam were in the Patty Casey study group. Same thing on the last test. The Lt test before that had all the Boses wives magically score in the top 20. IAD had all the evidence they needed to do something and nothing happened. The only way to make the testing process legit is to have a real application that shows activity, awards, field duties (no house mouses), and attendance (no medical abusers). Once you have all those accomplishments you are eligible to take the test. No testing for do nothings. That would solve the majority of the problems. For those that say you can't do that I say BS!!! CPD can't fire you for being a do nothing dog ass but they can put up a roadblock to worthless officers from getting promoted.
Don’t underestimate the CPD “house mouse”. They have survived countless department changes as they adapt very well to kissing ass and crying. When the truth is that they are simply too scared to work the streets. I’d rather sit at a desk with my sleeve tattoos and act tough by telling war stories and having citizens thank me for my service and tell me to “stay safe” when I tell people that I am a “Chicago Police Officer”. I know the majority of ppl in her class and ppl did well but they were smart ppl who studied and I don’t think anyone made sub 30 from her class. Pure BS about the Patty Casey study group!!!!! Take a look at the super all merit Sgt. class from a decade ago. They all magically made Lt. by test score. Most of them were in the Casey study group. One Lt. currently in the 011th district bragged he had the answers to the test. He didn't score in the top 50 but he made it by score. He was in the Casey group. A Lt. in the first class for this test (went to 022) was in the Casey group. Do you want me to name all the bosses that were in the Casey group??? The Dillon sisters, PZ, LA, ND, etc, etc. Some of these people were excellent Officers and loved as Supervisors. That doesn't mean they didn't have the answers and were in the Casey group.
