Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez apparently has COVID — and the way the news got out feels like a dispatch from a very different era.
Reporter Pablo Manríquez posted Tuesday that Ocasio-Cortez had told a colleague on the House steps that she had COVID. Video of the exchange circulated Wednesday, showing the New York Democrat having the conversation outside the Capitol.
That quickly produced a second question online: If she knew she had COVID, why was she hanging around the Capitol?
Why? Because without the associated comorbidities, it isn't dangerous to 99.9% of people.
For those keeping track at home, AOC was vaccinated in 2020, 2021, boosted in late 2021 and may have gotten a further three shots, none of which actually vaccinated her.
Don't fall for it again - it's an election year.

Hey Bud. In 2020 i got almost two months off because i thought i had covid, my dog got covid, my neighbor's sister's brother's friend's aunt got covid, I tested negative but still said i had covid. Cant wait for this to happen again.

I’m sure all of the elected idiots that say they got to Covid shot shots the killshot surely got it right? Just being facetious they have the real story of how it works. I would imagine that since Covid hits old people hard and who has more old people than Congress she is just hoping to speed up the vacancies and move up the ladder

The upside here? The COVID vax has been linked to reduced fertility in both men and women (no stats on those transgenders who insist they can get pregnant), so AOC won't be reproducing any time soon. Those frozen eggs may not get her a child to (pick one: abort, transition, strangle cuz' you're depressed).

Covid was the best thing to happen to the department as all the soulless and spineless gold star assholes who carried Lightloafers water made it that much easier for me to “contract the China Virus 14 times in +/- 2 1/2 years. Multiple positive tests keep nicely in the freezer until needed for 7-10 days off not including RDOs. So the administration was gonna try to put me through the wringer and bully me into taking an experimental vaccination to continue my gainful employment? Uhhh, nope. Fuck you. My religious exemption, which was rejected twice for “more information and explanation” mysteriously went missing, and they never pestered me for it after they were exposed for being prejudiced in approving exemption requests.
There is no better feeling than getting over on the city/job that took so much from me over the years.

Which is why you need to get over on the city and department every fucking chance you can. It’s just a shame how few people including the FOP actually did anything proactive to try and throw a wrench in Lightfoot‘s plans. One guy from K9 did the heavy lifting for the FOP and only a handful of others stood their ground in terms of the portal process or refusing to actually get the shot. which means 99.7% of the department just fell into line like good little sheep. And THIS is why a John and the he rest of his bought and paid for board members will continue to do whatever the fuck they want… Because none of you will stand up and try to do something with the exception of a few chicks who have balls bigger than most men I worked with in three decades on the job. So glad I retired from that shit show and no longer paid deuce for a worthless “union”.
