In the 37-page ruling, Clark said the video footage presented by Bill Bloss – Gomes’s attorney – was particularly alarming.
The video footage shows sixteen instances of a Council member and the Vice Chair of the Town Committee dropping off or handing off piles of multiple ballots in violation of state law. Both were subpoenaed for the Court proceedings and both took the Fifth Amendment in the face of the video evidence. They might face numerous felony charges shortly.
The incumbent "won" by 250 votes from the absentee ballot pool. That "victory" has now been invalidated. But you aren't hearing much about this on the national stage. This was a democrat primary - blue versus blue - and the guy who lost wasn't happy that he got cheated out of his chance.
If the dems are willing to do this scale of fraud in a blue town of 150,000 in a blue state for a rinky-dink mayoral election, what do you think they might do (or did) in a national contest for all the marbles?
Is there fraud at the national level? We were born, raised, live and work in Chicago for almost six decades now. Yes, there is tons of fraud. Did it happen in 2020? Yep, though on what scale we have no idea - there hasn't been a legitimate investigation by a legitimate court yet (hearings don't count). Was it enough to swing an election? We don't know, but after what just happened in Connecticut, everyone ought to be a little curious.

You weren't listening. This type of thing DOES occur in America. But only Republicans have the brains & abilities to pull it off.
Old enough to remember the huge voting machines, bigger than an upright player piano.

And only voters who had submitted a request for absentee ballot AND said request was granted cast their vote on paper ballot.
Granted, who had complete control over those machines?
Then, I think, came the punch out holes ballots, then fill in the little circle ballots, then the little circle became a little rectangle space, all counted by 'reader' machines, and what was the result of all this?
Easier ways to cheat.
Recently the required sign in/check in on registered voters sheets has morphed into a check mark by the election minion.
Not even an image there to compare signature of voter to.
And this is AT the polling place on election day.
Early voting is another means to cheat.
Mail in ballots to anyone who requests them still another.
AND the counting of all votes cast at polling place on election day being done BEFORE the early and mail in ballots just screams opportunity to cheat.
If one day to vote, election day, is insisted upon as being voter suppression, the partial solution, without eliminating early and mail in votes is to count these ballots BEFORE election day. With any leaks even hinting at their totals being felonies.
Then, maybe, this would put a crimp in the cheaters' panties.
And provide the citizens who give a shit the opportunity to begin to trust in the sufficient honesty of our elections.
Missing from the post and the linked article is the fact that incumbent Ganim is a convicted felon who spent nine years in prison for 16 felony counts, including mail fraud, racketeering, bribery, conspiracy and "filing false income tax returns," according to a press release from the United States Attorney's Office District of Connecticut.
In the 70s & 80s the coppers were assigned to polling places. As soon as you got there the Democrat precinct captains would be all over you, offering you coffee & donuts and offering to buy you lunch and trying to be your BFF. A curt get the “f” away from me or I’ll lock your a$$ up would set the tone for the rest of the day. During the day you had all these people (the “how youse doin” guys) coming in standing behind the judges. The fun thing to do was go and stand with them and everybody would ask, “Can I help you officer? “ “No but can I help you?” A lot of death stares but it was fun disrupting their game.

Aside from that, we get itemized reciepts for everything else we buy for a lot of reasons but we don't get an itemized reciept for who we vote for. Itemized vote reciepts would clear up a whole lot.

In 2020, I was in line behind my neighbor. He’s a local business owner and 3-time city councilman.
When it was his turn to check in, the election judge greeted him with, “Oh, hello Gordon! How are you? How’s Leslie? I see she started her own business. How are your boys? Hard to believe they’re old enough to have kids of their own…ID please.”
In 2022, I was working out of state so I requested an absentee ballot online.
The website made it clear that the ballot package could only be mailed to my address of record.
When it arrived, I filled out the ballot and placed it in the 1st, yellow, ballot envelope.
Then I place the 1st envelope in the 2nd, white, privacy envelope which prevents any possibility of someone seeing how I voted.
I then had to have my signature on the 2nd envelope notarized (at no charge, by state law).
I then placed the whole shebang in a 3rd, green, mailing envelope and took it to the post office.
The clerk put ONE stamp on it and tossed it in the outgoing bin.
When I asked why only 1 stamp when it obviously over the 1 ounce limit she said, “Mail-in ballots go as 1 ounce regardless.”
BTW, the mailing envelope not only has the board of elections address preprinted on it, it also has the return address filled in with my name, address, county and precinct. That way, if I do vote in person, it’s easy for them to find and pull my absentee ballot.

FBI sat on Hunter Biden laptop and told social media platforms to censor any posts about it, saying it was Russian "misinformation". The NY Post had it's Twitter account frozen after it broke the story. Anthony Blinken, current Sec of State, was working for Biden campaign and got 50 former Intel agents to bullshit the public with a statement that the laptop story was Russian propaganda.
Most of this stuff took years to expose. No way a hearing in late November 2020 addressed any of the facts we know now. Saying that judges rejecting DJTs contesting of the election is proof the election was legit is willful blindness. The election was stolen.

I was one of those coppers in the Academy in the 86-5 class. We had just gone into our blues, and had 2 details while still in the Academy which were the Chicago Marathon and Election Polling Place detail. I was sent to a polling place so far north west I wasn't sure I was still in Chicago. (I'm a Southsider)
It was quite the experience! I was fed and watered and fussed over. I decided to go outside and look around and found so much electioneering goin on I thought I'd need to call a wagon!

The problem is if you listen carefully when they say there was no fraud they always say the was no fraud that would have affected the results of the election. In most if not all cases that is thousands if not tens of thousands of fraud ballots. That is what’s hard to prove
