Off to Washington DC to beg from potato-brain!
- Mayor Brandon Johnson was in the nation's capitol on Thursday seeking $5 billion in federal funding for the migrant situation in Chicago.
Johnson met with President Joe Biden in his first in-person meeting to discuss Chicago's need for federal relief.
In the past 14 months, more than 20,000 asylum seekers have arrived in the city with many sleeping on the floors of police stations.
"That the president certainly understands that this this this crisis is a moment that we have to be responsive to that. I did hear that there is a commitment to help support and operationalize our system here of care," Johnson said.
BJ also mentioned to JB that he was married to a black woman and was raising three black children in Chicago so that JB wouldn't mistake him for Groot, who wasn't married to a black woman.
JB then told BJ that he also was married to a black woman back in Delaware, and then he fell down the stairs.

This crisis is entirely of Biden's making. BJ & JB are simply allowing the illegal immigrants to be used as pawns to secure federal funding.
Funny thing is, Biden has used BJ, JB and the rest of the sanctuary city crowd as pawns to achieve HIS goal; to harvest the next crop of democratic voters and ultimately, to destroy the country, because he and the rest of the communists hate everything the U.S. stands for.

He did not. He met with White House chief of staff Jeff Zients and people from Homeland Security. Did some other glad-handing while he was there. But he never met with the president.

Everyone will make an insane amount of money and the country will be destroyed. America is not in the beginning stage. We have more people than we need. This whole thing is about power and money. The Democrat organization is not the same party it was even 10 years ago. They have become an anti American group. So Biden blows off 5 big shot mayors. How much did all the travel expenses cost us. Call before you go guys! Doesn’t look they will be getting federal monies. In the times article the city has already sign a lease for $91,000.00 a month for a former waste dump at 3800 S California. It does not appear they did an Environmental Site Assessment for toxins in the (soil) land. The city is leaving itself open to lawsuits when the migrants claim the toxins caused cancer or other medical problems (don’t they watch the lawyers on TV?)
So it doesn’t look like federal money is coming soon. And migrants just keep coming. And the threat of lawsuits in the future.
So what’s left? Why you of course, you will be taxed until it hurts.

A simple review of the cities where DOJ has conducted pattern and practice investigations shows there is absolutely no evidence that the changes DOJ mandates in its consent decrees have helped these cities and agencies. The result of these decrees is actually a rapid increase in violent crime and police department budgets to manage the growth in crime.

Actually nothing new. All this reform has led to an increase in crime. This is the Democratic plan for a national police force. They can't do it all at once, so the consent decree is a start. They set the standards, the rules, etc, call the shots.
