The Person of interest in the murder of Officer Huesca hade a court date the other day at 26th and Cal for a prior Misdemeanor arrest. Of course he didn't show up. Detectives and the ASA wanted to get at least a warrant for missing court but under the "SAFETY" act the judge could not get one under state law since it was a misdemeanor and only his 1st appearance.
This State is totally messed up.
So as suspected, another one of Crimesha's and Porky's "SAFE-T Act" $hitbirds walking around with ZERO restrictions?

UPDATE: An arrest warrant has been issued according to media sources. Not in custody yet, but they know who they're looking for.
UPDATE: Raid overnight at 106th and Hale. Offender is in the wind, but his cousin was arrested for attempting to sell the Officer's gun.

The same assholes that voted for this Safe-T-Act will be at PO Huesca’s funeral. I’m sure some will try to talk about this poor kid that they never met and have some kind words. However, these same assholes are ultimately responsible for his death and the deaths of numerous other individuals. The politicians have not only made doing the job of policing nearly impossible they’ve also emboldened criminals to levels never see before. I hope all of these politicians stay away from the funeral and if they don’t I hope the family tells them to fuck off and leave.

That was the opertunity where he could have had your back, and he absolutely knew it.
He knew that Pritzker ,Rauner, Blagojevich, and Quinn were ultimately responsible with their poor politically expedient and self serving public policies.
He knew that the Republicans in the state Legislatures with their impotence and risk adverse deflection are responsible.
He knew that the radical elements within Illinois's state & federal legislatures are copeable.
He's fully cognizant that Tom Dart, the SA, the DA and all of the county board presidents for the precursory thirty years are accountable.
He's fully versed in how the "table is set" within the city council, and knows the hand they have, and continue to play. And apparently he's "cool with that".
And of course, he's got a direct line to this mayor and every mayor before that's still sucking air with their rotten mouths.
Your superintendent had the opportunity to really have your back by high-lighting where the real failures are, and why shitbags are not only allowed to roam, but also the policies that breed them.

It also protects offenders committing misdemeanors as a bunch of rules and laws people aren’t aware of
Huesca's mother has sent word that the family does not want the Mayor or the Governor at the funeral. No word back on whether they're going to abide by their wishes.
