Second Arrest Made
The wake was today, so hopefully, this is a bit of closure for the family:
- The second suspect in the deadly shooting of retired CPD officer Larry Neuman has been arrested and charged.
The 17-year-old teen, who has not been identified, was apprehended Thursday, according to Chicago police. He has been charged with first-degree murder, murder and armed robbery.
The teen was arrested in the 2400 block of East 75th Street and the armed robbery charge is connected to a November robbery of a 21-year-old last year.
Gee, another repeat felon before eighteen. How surprising.

The reason crime is down with less cops is that many victims get tired of waiting to report a crime that they just say "F-it" and go on with their lives. Plus they feel that nothing will become of making the report so why bother.

Juvie court needs serious reform. These "utes" get no punishment until they escalate to murder and get charged as adults. Otherwise, they would have been released to their mothers (as usual, no fathers) to sit at home and watch cartoons until the farce trial, where they would get probation for murder.
At 17 I was in the Marines, they are old enough to be tried as an adult.

These "youth advocates" lie through their teeth. They claim there are no services for youth offenders but closed the one unit (JISC) that actually had a social agency on premise to offer help. (Thanks Larry Lightfoot and LCLC) When family's were offered help it may have been taken up maybe 20 percent of the time. Libs support juvenile crime and then blame the Police when a juvenile commits a felony. They care nothing about the victims. They cant blame their failed agenda. If a juvenile robs or carjacks you you can thank a liberal democrat. Oh and don't forget Kimm Fixx who lets these juvenile offenders walk in the name of social justice. She seems to forget that most of these offenders target people of color. Well, I guess as long as they aren't armed with a big gulp they are harmless.

Blood on the hands of democrat politicians that continue to allow violent criminals,juveniles and adults to be released from prison.
The retired officer and hundreds of other shooting victims,overdose victims and homicide victims could have been prevented.
