Name Them All
So this was published....someone sent it to a social media site who forwarded it to us (click for larger version):
And right there on the left side, the name of the ASA who denied felony charges. All the elements were there, and yet, nothing.
We used to have something called "constructive possession" and it was used to charge everyone in the car with the felony, especially if someone got shot or killed (derived from the Felony Murder Statute). For some reason, an elected official ::cough cough Crimesha cough:: decided to disregard the Law as written and refuses to charge anyone despite the Legislature dictating it to be so.
So all you have to do to avoid charges and a conviction when committing a crime is have someone along for the ride and all of you deny anything ever happened. You'll be home in time for dinner.
In the meantime, here's to hoping to embarrass a few of these useless ASA's into doing their jobs instead of doing Crimesha's bidding.

Just to add fuel to the fire…the ASA originally approved charges…then 30 minutes later they called back the officer and told him that after consulting with the other ASAs, the approval was pulled and a denial was given. First time I’ve ever heard of Approval, then denial

The face tattoos really help explain the misdemeanor charge. He's clearly an upstanding citizen who got caught up in some unavoidable series of unfortunate events. He was probably on his way to church to deliver an inspirational sermon. If we're going to call it a felony whenever someone drives around shooting at people, that's clearly just racist. And then you want to blame the ASA simply for refusing to actually do their job? That's racist too. Shame on all of you!
The missing element in this case was the Big Gulp containing a dark liquid substance, root beer. Now go away peasants!

Weird, charges were originally approved and then 20 mins later the ASA called back to redact the approval. Never heard of that.
Now will the new state attorney coming in actually do the job that is desperately needed? Or will she pander to the criminals the same way that fox favors the criminals over the police? We will wait to see but from what it looks like looks like she may be backing down on her commitments and promises. Let’s hope for the sake of the lemmings that she does the job because the innocent are tired of being scared to go outside and being hunted by the animals.

Well, dumbfuck, your job loses all meaning when the important part that's supposed to happen after the arrest doesn't happen. You do your job arresting the criminal, and then they set him free due to liberal idiocy. It's not about feelings. The incredible amount of stupidity and ignorance in your post makes me think you're an ASA posing as a cop.
P.S. What a prosecutor, judge, and politicians do is OUR business, because they work for US. Moron.

Any reasonable ASA would make this a felony, ONLY in this shithole do they think the bad guy was in the "right".
I love watching Senate r Kennedy annihilate Biden’s Judge candidates. All of them are stupid, narcissistic, ghetto libs.
But the end result is they all become federal judges because the democrat controlled Senate would confirm a biden appointment if it was a canary.
They don't have to worry about constructive possession when they have actual possession. It was in his waistband.
