The FBI just announced the dead terrorist is now deceased. Sources say the agency has released its best and brightest investigators from the Jan 6 insurrection domestic terror investigation hoax to assist in the New Orleans for an actual international terrorism investigation.
Until a political or ideological purpose is revealed, it is not "terrorism" by definition. It doesn't matter how many were killed or how it was done.
Maybe this is why they keep the Nashville school trans shooter's motives under wraps: there was a political motive that would embarrass the democrats.

Lets put this incident as we know at this time into the prism of a COPA investigation on police involved shooting and vehicle pursuit. COPA would determine a police vehicle pursuing this pick up truck speeding through a crowded entertainment venue veering off towards pedestrians as an everyday traffic infraction with officers violating the etched in stone traffic pursuit no chase policy. In addition, if shots were fired to terminate the COPA determined driver's misdemeanor traffic violation, COPA would certainly demand that criminal charges being filed by the local states attorneys office and initiate further investigations by the civil rights division of the fbi, similar numerous police involved investigations instigated and patterned by Kwame Raoul and the Illinois attorney general's office and other radical prosecution hungry agencies who have the public's well being and public safety interests in mind.
If COPA would assist in this terrorist incident, COPA certainly seek criminal charges and rule violations against the officers for failing to give verbal direction to de-escalate the person with a gun as captured on a body worn camera, excessive force with the number of rounds fired given that only two officers were shot and failing inform the terrorist of the reason for the traffic stop and failing to provide a TSS receipt. Sounds absurd but this is the crap COPA findings produce.
Lets not even imagine if the bias policing propaganda was interjected by COPA if this was a terrorist advocate for the religion of peace Allah fearing homicidal attacker of a different race than the involved officers. Imagine the media narrative and White House spin if just one of the brave officers from the New Orleans Police Department who took decisive action to end the further loss of life was an identified Trump supporter or member who openly practiced the Christian faith in the Deep South. This certainly would be a bigger story than the Jan 6 entrapment operation.

You make some humorous insights but let me lay this on you. Sat in on a round table involving a young copper from 15 who wound up hanging onto a moving car on Chicago avenue. Copper fired into car to save his own life.

I recall the last round tables were around 2007. I believe Chasen was also a boss then at Round Tables. Does shooting at moving vehicles make a difference if you are hanging onto the vehicle?
Years ago an overzealous young officer started to search a vehicle (a van on a traffic stop) before her partner got cuffs on the unlicensed driver. Offender resists and hops back into the driver's seat and flees with the officer in the back. She's pleading with him to stop as driver looks at her dumbfounded as to how did she get in the van. Would she be be justified in shooting him in today's climate with today's policies if all he was doing was driving recklessly, while fleeing a traffic stops, with a P.O. in the vehicle?
