2nd Worst President Dies
He was the first in a long line of "America Last" democrat presidents.
Anyone else as amused as we are that Jimmy Carter managed to stay alive long enough to ensure that he didn't die as the worst president of the United States?

Should never have been President.
Backlash from Watergate.
Good guy though.
R.I.P.
Amused? No not really. Listen, Carter was not the best president.. agreed. But, Jimmy Carter was still a very good man. Grew up with little to nothing. Family of farmers, served in WW2 and went back to farming after WW2. A farm boy to be one day the president of the United States.. he made bad decisions as president but did very good things to the world after his presidency.
2nd Worst President Dies? - not even close. Communist Joe and O’Bummer have the top two worst president slots.
Into the Lake of Fire for this one....
One less democratic vote.
Please don't forget Lyndon Johnson. HE was actually the "first" of the America-Last presidents of our time. As vice president, LBJ was directly involved in the assassination of President JFK, the latter had stated he was pulling our military advisors out of Vietnam in a very short time. After LBJ and his CIA bumped off JFK, he used the fake Gulf of Tonkin incident as an excuse to create an unnecessary, full-blown Vietnam War. 60,000 U.S. soldiers died (and an approximately equal number permanently disabled), just so that the military-industrial complex could make a fortune. As President, Lyndon Johnson and his traitorous defense secretary Robert McNamara refused to allow any U.S. military ships to come to the aid of the U.S.S. Liberty, after it was intentionally attacked by the Israeli military. The IDF was trying to sink the U.S. ship. Phillip Tourney, a USS Liberty survivor, and author of the book "What I Saw That Day: Israel's June 8, 1967 Holocaust of U.S. Servicemen Aboard the USS Liberty and Its Aftermath," was recently interviewed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cos1l5YeCy8
That’s all he was waiting for ..
I think he fell to 3rd after Biden and Obama
Fitting how the scumbags in the Democrat party dragged his ass out of hospice and paraded him in front of cameras to make a big show of him "voting" for Kamala. He was 90% dead, propped up in a chair with his mouth open and eyes shut but they got their photo op.
Absolutely immoral, soulless, disgusting trash.
From some of his quotes: "I can't deny that I'm a better ex-president than I was a president." - Jimmy Carter in 2005 interview with reporters.
I would respectfully disagree.
Carter was the THIRD-WORST president.
Groper Joe Briben is unquestionably number one.
Second place goes to Chicago’s own dumBHO (aka Big Mike’s bitch).
Then comes Jimmy the peanut.
The worst Is by far Biden. Still on vacation in St Croix, Virgin Islands on our dime. Then he’s off to Rome and the Vatican to see the Pope to confess and get that blessing for all his thievery in order to get that first class pass into heaven. Then it’s off to DC to be the ring master for Carter’s lying in state and the big state funeral at the Washington Cathedral for the big state funeral. They may have to delay Trump’s Inauguration because the town will really be tainted with all the Democrats. If Biden plays his cards right he may be able to squeeze in another short domestic vacation.
Absolutely no loss, from being a coward with Iran hostage crisis, holding Americans hostage for well over 400 days, to the gasoline shortages, wrecked economy democrats everything wrong with a civilized society!
Amen to that
Just saw a photo of Carter talking with Biden taken several years ago. They were sharing their single brain cell.
I would list him as third worst, number two being obama and number one being bidet.
A good Christian man, but lousy president.
Hey, that’s one less presidential pension that we have to pay!!!
Second worst President but a great human being. Unlike the wost President Joe Biden who is worthless human being. He and his whole family are grifters that should be in jail
Not a good president but a good man nonetheless
Jimmy Carter’s failure during the hostage crisis is why I became a republican. My first vote for president was for President Reagan. He changed my whole perspective. Jimmy Carter is not a person to be praised in life nor now in death.
Good riddance. Now, how much is his state funeral going to cost the US taxpayer...? All that pomp and circumstance...
And he voted for another loser...
…and he got to see the most corrupt President in history. One who made a fortune for himself and his family. A president who sold out the country to our country enemies for family gain. He saw it all.
#1. OBama #2 Biden #3 Carter Of course all are democRATS
He said that he wanted to stay alive enough to see Trump defeated. Sorry.
Will be lionized as a hero.
You may not agree with his politics, but he was a good man. He was a Naval Academy graduate and some say the most intelligent president we ever had. He had the courage to enter a run away nuclear reactors. The Democrats hated him for his honesty, the Republicans for the same reason. He did say he was a better ex-president than President. I hope Trump has sufficient class to honor this former president and veteran.
Think of the USSS officers whose whole career was watching an ex President who for the past two years was bedridden and comatose............ just like those who are going to watch Amtrak Joe on the 21st.
Jimmy Carter, Joe Biden... Democratic dream team!!!
He heard Trump was going to take back The Panama Canal and said fuckit.
He couldn’t live with himself after realizing he was going to lose the mantle of the worst President ever.
Fuck him. If he had stood up to the Iranians in 1979 we wouldn’t have 1/3 of the issues with the Islamic world that we have now.
James Buchanan and Andrew Johnson might arm wrestle Carter for the spot
Now that the guy is dead, there will be all these platitudes from establishment politicians and mainstream media. Those of us old enough to be alive during Carter's presidency will remember the reality of his four-year embarrassment of an administration. Things like double-digit mortgage rates, double-digit inflation, the incompetency of the military attempting to rescue the Iran hostages. This was the result of the last moron in the White House. Sounds a lot like Dementia Joe, doesn't it.
Jimmy Carter was a good and decent man but a lousy POTUS, Joe Biden proves proves you can fail at both
He was such a good President that he got beat by Reagan in a landslide in '80.
Carter was in the Naval Academy during WWII graduated in 1946
....and 4th should be that scumbag RINO Bush.
Agreed! And, the fact of a life-long love of his wife, Rosalynn. Stands the test of time. Not good for economics, etc: wars/hostages, high inflation.
My remembrance is both sides went after him because he wasn’t a Federal politician And they were afraid he’d upset their rice bowl.So he got nothing done. I was so disappointed I never voted again as the fix is so obvious .
Really....?
So Carter is going to be another Democrat not attending the Trump Inauguration?
Reading the comments here brings "The Peter Principle " of management theory to mind. People rise to their level of incompetency
I second that!!!!
While President, Jimmy Carter was played like a banjo at a bluegrass festival, by everyone foreign and domestic. He actually was much more effect, in a limited way, as an ex-President. Godspeed!
NoBama is NOT from Chicago, nor is he from Hawaii, like many would like for you to believe, he was born in Kenya, to a Muslim family, raised by an ultra libtard communist stepmother. That is why when people were looking for NoBama's Hawaiian birth certificate, the person who could certify the birth certificate to be authentic, mysteriously died in a plane crash.
Jimmy Carter was a nice man. A humanitarian who wanted us all to just get along. But he was weak and pretty much useless when it came to running the country. Much like CPD's command staff.
Never served in WWII. Afterwards, but not wartime.
I was in the US Army at that time and found what you said accurate. I do think we should have intervened in Iran.
Jimmy May have voted for Trump . Obama and Biden were worse than Jimmy
They can free up security detail #39.
He should be praised for his accomplishments in life, post presidency. He was a good person and humanitarian.
If President Carter can vote early , so can you! Kackle, Kackle, Kackle!!! Carter = 444 days
OT, kinda: Biden has until December 31 to sign the Social Security Fairness act. Watch him use this event as an excuse to "forget" to do so!
How many here are old enough to remember the 'Misery Index'?
It was a bullshit metric invented by the Dims to help elect Carter.
It was the sum of inflation and unemployment.
The shtick was, "Any president that lets the Misery Index get into double digits doesn't deserve to be re-elected."
In '76, inflation was 5.8%, unemployment was 7.9%, prime rate was 6.25%.
In '80, inflation was 13.5%, unemployment was 7.2%, prime rate was 21.5%.
Needless to say, the Misery Index vanished as quickly as it had appeared.
could not agree any stronger lbj n obomer the worst of the worst
i guess your first mortgage wasnt at 14% when you bought a house. Nice guys do not equal good Presidents
How is that any different then shit in his pants?
Didn't he build an outhouse for Joe.
Those were mannequins with ear pieces taped on.
I thought it was to live long enough to vote for Harris, which he did.
I always said Carter was the most incompetent and 0bama the most destructive presidents of my lifetime. Dementia Joe passed them both.
I am going with third worst. Obummer is a strong #2, in all senses of the word and we are still dealing with his crap. Bidet is #1 with only a member of the Squalid Squad capable of taking #1.
The “Carter Malaise” is what stands out about Jimmuh’s Presidency. Gas prices doubled from 59 cents to $1.20 by the end of his term. We just were being hit on all sides it seemed. He let the mooslimbs screw us in more ways than one. FJB’s Presidency with inflation causing cost of essentials skyrocketing is right up there with Carters and that Jug-eared bone smoker as the worst Presidents.
He may have been a good humanitarian, but he was absolutely naïve about economics and running the country ! He was a bad president over all, but Biden was the worst by far with Obama being a close second if not a tie ! Definitely the two most corrupt incompetent presidents in modern history !
Agreed
This, I couldn’t have said it better myself!
3rd worst.
On a positive note...Carter gave us Reagan!
So Trump killed Carter? That's fucking hilarious!
LBJ was the worse. He created the "welfare state" and society was never better since.
I am old enough to remember all of that. I am also old enough to remember what got him elected. We had a vice president who left office because he was corrupt. I think he plead guilty to taking bribes. Nixon was president and he was forced to resign for all kinds of criminal conduct. Ford was a good honest man, a patriot, and someone who never wanted to be president. They picked him to replace Agnew because he was known for his honesty. His first act as president was to pardon Nixon. He issued that pardon so the country could move on from watergate. The country was tired of the bullshit. The Republicans ran Ford for reelection, but he was a lousy campaigner and a lot of people felt that Nixon should not of been pardoned , but sent to jail. Carter ran as the squeaky clean politician. He said he would never lie to the American people and probably didn’t. After four years of Ford followed by four of Carter the country turned to the right and elected Ronald Regan. He was a good man who was a lifetime unapologetic liberal. He never claimed to be anything else.
Not a good guy according to secret service that protected him.
So true....Reagan got the Hostages released during day 1 of his presidency. Otherwise Thran would have been turned into a parking lot.
I was in my 20s married with children and a house when Carter came in. Guys were out of work for years. Govt cheese. First mortgage was 9 % second for the remodel was 21.5 % at my bank with a steady job and perfect credit. That's when everything started flying up in price, everything, people were on strike constantly, and all the companies started leaving the midwest for the south, then later Clinton opened the door to Mexico with nafta. Iran was a banana republic no one ever heard of and they made a fool of the US. Don't let the numbers fool you due to inflation, gas and other necessities were expensive with high blue collar pay maybe 10.00 an hour. Carter sucked. Total pussy. I should have been a contender, every set back in my life can be directly related to a Democrat politician. They have been moving the goal posts for decades on the middle class. In my 70s retired on fat multiple pensions now but these liberals made it much much harder than it should have been. 2 steps forward,1 step back. And heads up children, the boomers didn't fuck you,the democrats did. All we ever did is work work work, raise our kids and take pride in our homes and family name. We didn't own one tenth of the shiny toys you morons waste your money on and we were far happier than you will ever be. Keep hoping I'm sure aoc will make you whole in 4 years.. you can bury that peanut head and his drunk hillbilly family under the nearest outhouse. Govt cheese indeed, give that to the Venezuelans and see what they tell you.
Some people are meant to lead, he was not. During meetings in the war room, he would slide down in his seat and got flush as he hated being in that situation.
they will find out later carter got a PPP loan from the government,,, to Protect the Peanut Property
Hit it right on the head! They had every right to expel the US, but not to take hostages. He also mandated that each service had to have a piece of the rescue mission, making it an over complicated failure.
With all the crap that happened on Carters watch, being weak during the Iranian hostage crisis, runaway inflation, high interest rates, giving away control of the Panama Canal, I think Carter falls to third on the worst President in my lifetime. He was a good man, but a terrible leader of the country. I was alive when Kennedy was in office but I was too young to remember him. I remember LBJ, he was an evil prick that did much to destroy the black community, and the country, as a result of his “Great Society” programs. He ramped up the conflict in Viet Nam by sending more troops. Both Bushes were no great shakes, they were globalists and didn’t have the best interest of our country in mind. Reagan was a welcome relief from the “Carter Malaise” and I thought he was the best President in my lifetime, until Trump came along.Trump seems to genuinely love our country and citizens, it shows in his actions. Hope he stays true to his past and does great things for the country in his second term.
The worst in my mind are Obama first and then Biden. Neither of them did one single thing to benefit the country while in office. Biden is corrupt to the core, and was the perfect tool for the deep state to advance their plans. Obama drove a wedge between races, and tried to thwart the Constitution at every turn. Before he was President I heard a radio interview where Obama was lamenting the fact that the Constitution shackles the government. He played on the emotions of the black community to get elected, he didn’t do them, or the country any favors, and harmed race relations. I think he is truly evil inside and wouldn’t be surprised at all if it turns out he is the Antichrist spoken of in the book of Revelation.
Carter was a Jew hating, Muslim loving sack of crap, Everything this asshole founded was a complete failure....FEMA, failure in Katrina and Helene, gas lines, Board of education that tells children that they should be transgenders. Funded the Mujihadeen. He was a dirtbag in every way
He was not a good Christian because he hated the Jews.
As a Chicago Police Officer in the 70's, I couldn't stand him for many reasons, and was happy to vote him out in '80 despite being from a family of lifelong Democrats. None of the above postings mentions that crime was out of control during his era, and this is a supposed police website. Nor do they mention that his supposed humanitarianism consisted mainly of fixing problems he helped create while in office. He was never an actual peanut farmer, and especially was never a peacemaker---part of his legacy is nonstop record violence in the Middle East since leaving office. Decent person or no, I'm not mourning his death at all.
I was in high school during 68 riots. Went to work for the city in the ghetto in 70. Tense times for everyone. Real bubbling cauldron.by 2007 I had been working for decades with blacks in black hoods.work force went from 90% white to prob 80% minority. We got along fine by then. We worked together, played together and lived together in a desegregation chicago. Then black jesus, the post racial potus was elected and it's 1968 all over again with riots and racial hatred on steroids. Can't be a coincidence. Thanks Obama for turning my beloved country into South Africa.
spot on.
The only good thing I can say about Jimma is that he didn't receive an envelope at traitor Bush Sr.'s funeral.
The one good thing that the Jimmy Carter administration did was the passing of the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act.This enabled many returning Viet Nam vets to receive training as EMT’s and then receive paramedic training while employed by the Chicago Fire Department. The Paramedic program seed money which included ambulances and equipment to stock the ambulances. So basically Jimmy Carter helped get a new position and career started for many with federal dollars.Millions of people received better care because of that act.RIP That is part of his legacy.
