Conspiracy Comes True Again
Remember this story from almost two years ago?
Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) is accusing Republicans of fueling a frenzy over unfounded rumors that the Biden administration is getting ready to ban popular gas stoves because they don’t want to explain what spending cuts they want in exchange for raising the debt limit.
“At first you have to laugh at the ‘gas stove ban’ narrative being cooked up by the MAGA GOP,” he said in a statement released Friday.
Schumer noted that the Energy Department and the commissioner of the Consumer Product Safety Commission have already denied that there are any plans brewing to declare gas stoves unsafe and ban them and said Republicans “are trying to get this spaghetti to stick and distract the American people.”
Guess what California was trying to do just two days ago?
What has very clearly become an “us versus them” issue, an issue near and dear only to leftist politicians, is about to get really messy.
They are coming for your gas-powered car, your gas stove, your gas water heater, your gas furnace, your gas dryer, your gas grille, your gas blower, your gas fireplace, and any other gas-powered appliance or vehicle you can think of.
Who is “they” besides California Governor Gavin Newsom and the California Legislature imposing these policies on you?
California is set to become the first state to ban natural gas heaters, water heaters, and furnaces by 2030, a policy of the California Air Resources Board, entirely made up of appointees by the governor....
And Fata$$ is just waiting to see what the fallout might be before he attempts the same thing here.

Well if fata$$ is thinking about doing the same thing here, he might as well ban himself seeing as he is a gasbag himself. Then he might as well get rid of all those vegan restaurants as all that fiber results in the releasing of gas on a level more than eating meat.
He doesn't even know how to grill a cheeseburger. In his famous Father's day video he put a slice of cheese on a burger patty that was totally raw. Of course it was also a gas grill.
It’s a great idea. Look at all the jobs that will be created to change everything to electric. Then they can use the natural gas to create the electricity they will need. These people are brilliant.
If a wall ever gets built, let it extend along California's borders with the more normal parts of the United States.

Here in the Bay Area, gas-anything is already set for a ban starting Jan 1, 2027. So I already replaced my HVAC, and the dryer and water heater are next. They were all old enough that replacement was due pretty soon anyway. But a great many people can’t afford to do that, and when the ban takes effect, conversion to electric will be shockingly expensive. But the sheep in CA who keep voting for the loonies in charge will just keep voting the same way, while wondering why everything is so bloody expensive and fubar. Reminds of… Chicago.
My home was built in 1951. In the kitchen, original to the house, there is a 1951 model Universal gas stove, the thing is as big as a Volkswagen. It ain’t moving out of my kitchen. They will have to pry it from my cold dead hands.
