More PPP Fraud....Judge Who?
Remember that crooked judge who declared the naked crack addict squad car thief innocent by reason of insanity - despite no medical diagnosis of insanity was ever introduced into evidence?
The judge read into the Court Record that she was the subject of threats from unknown individuals during the "trial" and that those threats probably came from CPD Officers unhappy with her rulings in favor of the naked crack whore. This was dutifully reported by certain crooked reporters DESPITE there being:
- no RD number recording any such crime
- no complaint at IAD or COPA reporting any such threats
- no Cook County Sheriffs being told to keep an eye out for crazy cops targeting the "judge"
It seems Judge Walton is the owner of a property on the south side (click for larger version):

Looks like she was awarded a "well qualified" by the Chicago Bar Association, The Chicago Council of Lawyers and Illinois State Bar Associations. She had twenty years of experience as a Public Defender! And a graduate of Loyola law school which ethic classes did miss her. Maybe a body held camera follow-up should be conducted by the press for a comment to criminal fraud by a member seated on the bench in Cook County to all those organizations that found her to be well qualified in the game of judicial corruption and criminal perjury tax evasion. Its obvious there is there some code of silence protecting their membership as not to dirty up and expose an out of control corrupt legal-cartel run courts and its many racketeers. As judges are privileged to conduct their financial wheeling and dealings in darkness without scrutiny or prosecutorial intervention, democracies die legally via the corrupted courts and its officers.
If she is wiling to perjure herself for a PPP loan, how far will she go as a sitting "honorable" judge in criminal courts? Can anyone doubt she can be tempted with a sack of unmarked bills, a common practice dating back years in the court system. She is either greedy or has financial chaos in her life. Time to appoint a special counsel or Federal Consent Decree monitors for members of the esteemed bar.
Its time for a citizen non-attorney COPA like organization to investigate any and all complaints in the courtroom or in their private lives whether they have merit or not including anonymous complaints without signed affidavits for any attorney who practices law in Illinois. This includes federal prosecutors and judges to level the playing field.
All investigations whether sustained, not sustained or exonerated will be published along with law license suspensions or binding recommendations to disbar. Sunshine of all legal practices and complaints are the industrial disinfectant the public demands to keep the legal profession on the straight and narrow not allowing the monetary temptations to influence outcomes.
Citizens of Crook County deserve an honorable judicial official not in a titled nameplate (Honorable Judge X") on top the bench prominently displayed, but in actual legal practices. And any past investigations by the Attorney Review and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) should be made public and discoverable to be used to dirty up attorneys in court just like this gestapo tactic is used against police officers involved in trials. Complaints against attorneys are anonymous and shield from public scrutiny unlike any other profession. A legally privileged profession who write and execute the rules for everyone else but somehow exempt themselves and their practice in exclusive legal money making industries.
