Even More "Peacefulness"
- An Islamic terror cell has smuggled two surface-to-air missiles into Europe in a plot to shoot down planes at one of France's main airports, it was claimed yesterday. French and Algerian extremists with links to al-Qa'eda bought the Russian SA-18 Grouse missiles from Chechens in 2002 and smuggled them via Georgia and Turkey, according to French anti-terror sources quoted in Le Figaro. Both missiles and several of the extremists are reportedly still at large.
Nothing like blowing a couple of airliners out of the sky to prove to everyone how "peaceful" and "oppressed" you are. Real "victims," eh?

What we appear to have here is a government sanctioning of separate laws based solely on religious background. So Islamic sanctioned wife beatings, "honor killings" and the like should be accommodated? Hindus fasting during the holy months should only be interviewed after sunset? Sikhs should not be disturbed while reading the Sikh Holy Script, a process that takes a minimum of 50 hours?

For what its worth, Muslims in the Netherlands or Holland or whatever had been making the same demands for treatment under a separate set of "their" laws.
It created a rather large backlash. Together with the murder of Theo van Gogh by a Muslim, I would dare say that the peaceful Dutch have been moved to export all Muslim immigrants back to, er, wherever they came from.

I am not not treating a muslim any different. I am not taking my boots of in a mosque. And if mr and mrs muslim dont like it, they can take allah and go fuck themselves and their stupid ideas.

I had a Japanese lady who wanted me to take my shoes off before entering her home on a burglary, actually I was thinking more along the lines of my pants, she was pretty hot. But I refused anyway, and my partner checked out her house, that she had cleaned before calling police. Cleanliness may be next to Godliness, but it don't help in evidence detection.

On a 90+ degree day last summer I had a disturbance call at a Muslim guys house who thought it was ok to leave a huge slab of what looked like goat meat on his back porch. It was covered with flies and other bugs and the smelled horrible. His excuse " I can do this in my own county why cant I do this here" Then he proceed to tell me about how smart he was and that he was getting his PhD from uic. 2 anov's later and about 15 more min's of him bitching about America I really, really, really, had to hold myself back from repeatedly punching him in the face while singing God bless America. Is this wrong? or should I have been more sympathetic?
