Getting Desperate for Tickets
In light of two dominating back-to-back performances, the Sox bandwagon must be picking up speed. Playoff tickets for the League Championship series sold out in 48 minutes and we've already heard of upper deck seats going for $450-$600 bucks a pop already. Sox fans who missed out on the phone sales are resorting to desperate measures to attempt to scrounge tickets.
Channel 2; sun-times coverage. Just be sure what you are buying is legit. In fact, we have four tickets for sale right now! Bring $700 dollars cash in an unmarked brown envelope to that little alley east of 47th and Federal. Tell no one you are coming and be sure to come alone. We'll leave the tickets under the third garbage can from the north end of the alley after you give us the cash.

SATURDAY: U.S. Cellular Field (that's sox park for you bridgeporters) There will be a celebration for the White Sox Team as it returns from Boston. 3p.m. No advance tickets required. Free Parking in the Sox lots. Everyone attending must be TOPLESS, with no body painting allowed.
Mayor Daley will sing a chant of "When Irish Eyes Are Smiling" as the croud pours stale beer on themselves.
This event will be videotaped by the Girls Gone Wild people and will be available on DVD or VHS for a nominal charge.
