Isn't This Goof Dead Yet?
- Fox plans to broadcast a two-part interview with O.J. Simpson in which the former football star discusses the slayings of his former wife and her friend, for which he was acquitted.
The interview, titled "If I Did It, Here's How It Happened," will air Nov. 27 and Nov. 29, according to the network's Web site.
Kind of makes you wish "double jeopardy" could be waived in certain instances, eh?

SCC,
I started a post about O.J. on my blog yesterday and said, "EFF THAT"! I didn't want to bring anymore attention to that asswipe than he's already getting. We all know he's guilty - hell, even he knows he's guilty. He just needed to clear his conscience.
I hope he dies a slow, painful death...
That cocksucker should be on Death Row in San Quentin.
So much for a jury of his "peers".
Life is good in northern Idaho. Sure beats L.A. and the LAPD, damn straight.
Time to go fishin' in Lake Pend Oreille with a couple of my European-American buddies.
goes to show if you have major dollars you can get away with MURDER! Then this goof will show how he did it if he did it! Welcome liberals!
They sure waved the "double jeopardy" for those LA guys on the rodney beef. They'll do anything to f*ck a Cop!!!!!!
Remember the good ol days when u had real Dago mob u could go to when these bullshit courts dont give u justice? Cut my kid to ribbons????
Speaking of "hits",I wonder who did the Park Ridge guy. Ski masks, shot guns; havn't seen that since Harry Aleman.
The police involved in the beating of that dog Rodney King in LA were acquited in state court and then tried and some were convicted in federal court on civil right violations.
There is a precedent, OJ could be tried in federal court on civil rights violations of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman by virtue of removing all their rights from them through causing their death.
If there a US Attorney with the guts to do it a prosecution could be brought. They did it against the police, if there is a piece of dogshit that deserves it on this earth it surely is OJ Simpson.
OJ is a shit, no question about that! But don't lump him with democrats. There are tons of shots of OJ with old man Bush, Reagan, and others of the republican ilk. I'm sure that when he was living his life of Rielly he probably thought he was a REAL republican!! God only knows he never identified with black folk until "da man" was trying to lock him away!!
Nobody should watch this program, and have all your friends call up fox and file a complaint. Tell them you and all people you can contact will not watch anything Fox broadcasts and to their sponsors will not buy or use thier products.
Im sure Malcolm still thinks he is innocent! What a stroke!Whether you are white, black, hispanic or eskimo you MALCOLM are a stroke!
Don't kid yourself on this one. If TPTB at FOX don't pull this, this will be the one of the highest rated shows of the year simply because we (by human nature) are a curious lot. And, I bet the book sales will go through the roof.
And most of my fellow P.O.'s out there know you're gonna watch (myself included) because this job has made you morbid.
The entire premise disgusts me, but I want to see just how utterly whacked out O.J. is to think that by coming forward with this crap, people will actually say, "You know what? He didn't kill Nicole and Ron. He really was rail roaded by the man."
Besides, if you don't watch it, you'll be bugging the shit out of everyone asking, "Well, what did he say?"
The man is guilty as sin and just as insane.
Actually, if O.J. were to make a confession, he could be tried for murder under the Separate Sovereign Doctrine, but he would have to be charged federally in federal court. This doctrine is a way to get around double jeopardy. It was used against the L.A. coppers in the Rodney King case. They were acquitted in state court, but then successfully charged in federal court.
Personally, I don't thing he'd be stupid enough to actually confess.
...There is a precedent, OJ could be tried in federal court on civil rights violations of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman by virtue of removing all their rights from them through causing their death...
Probably not. The police were tried for violating civil rights under color of law. Different ballgame.
I have a question for Orenthal James
How do you have time to write books when youre supposed to be looking for the real killers?
What a jag bag
He's not dead, but when he is, he will be rotting in hell with his lawyer Johnnie C*ck ring.
I can't get the images of the idiots dancing around when the acquittal came down.
Hurray for stupidity.
Hurray for domestic violence.
Hurray, I have no job and plan not to get one.
Yeaaaaa, I’m an idiot.

You typical fucking piece of shit liberal. All you can write about is Fox News being fascist and O.J. being a Republican.
Well asswipe, what about the two people O.J. killed, the piece of shit Democrat lawyer that got him off and the Democrat racist jury that let him go?
OBTW, O.J. is a registered Democrat. Go figure.
To Malcom's Lil' Brother.
I love the way you use the term European American. It's true that my grandparents came from Europe, but I am an AMERICAN. It wasn't easy for them to get here and I;m sure they would have stayed in Europe if life had been good for them. Actually, I don't care how much they suffered getting here....I'm just glad they came.
AND....Your black ass should be overjoyed that someone picked up your ancestors and brought them here instead of asking for "re par
a shuns"!!!
Go figure.
Hey MAL X LILBRO;
Can u gimme the address to that Euro-American only bar.....thanx
Please guys let's stop showing our own asses. . . pig that he is, O.J. beat the system at least in the criminal court. He lost hughly in the civil court to the tune of 30M; he lost even bigger in the court of public opinion.
He can't be sued for a civil rights violation in federal court unless you show that he committed these crimes while working as an agent of law enforcement. To violate someone's civil rights you must first be responsible for protecting or enforcing their civil rights. That's why murder is a state crime and not a federal crime, except in the case of police officer using his authority to harm or kill a citizen. Hence the "under the color of law" violations.

Thank you dear M, for finally, finally condemning one of your own, Fox News. i think this is the first time you lashed out at Fox News, the fascist arm of the Republican Party. Thank you.
O.J. isn't a registered Republican is he?

No, he's a Democrat
Lets see, he was acquitted of the murder in which the standard of proof was beyond a reasonable doubt, although based on what I saw and read, I'm not sure how that happened. He was, however, held liable in civil court where the standards are 'more likely than not'. In many places there are laws against profiting from criminal acts, although most require a criminal conviction before property can be stripped. Still I wonder if the victim's families would be able to have any and all proceeds confiscated as a part of the prior civil judgment against the guy who 'more likely than not' murdered their loved ones. At any rate, the book and the show have been cancelled as I guess someone came to their senses. It shows poor morals on the part of businesses to so clearly and blatantly attempt to profit from a murder.
