We've linked a couple of Dispatcher blogs.
Welcome back to Chicago Dispatchers. Our current policy is if a blog isn't updated after 30 days, we de-link it. Why direct people to somewhere nothing is happening? But they're back with a vengeance, so we've re-linked them.
And welcome to Lets Talk ChiTown 911, another dispatcher blog. They've been up for over a month now and we've seen visits coming from their site.
Both sites provide a bit of insight to the trials and tribulations at the other end of our radio tethers. Give them a visit, post a comment or two, point out the error of their ways - hahahaha.

Did not know where to post this because it is off thread but just curious as to the number of officers that showed up at one of the SOS guys benefit and another benefit is being held on the 1st. There are lots of cops out there with sick spouses, kids, themselves and people are going and giving money to guys that dug the whole they are in themselves. They dont deserve any money from us since they were generous enough to share what they got over the years. What is wrong with this picture??? I know a couple of them and they are really nice guys but you play the game, you pay the price at your own expense not ours!!!!!

A)you espouse Malcolm x, Eldridge Cleaver,and use the term Ivory Coast, yet I am the one living in the past.
B) my ancestors never set foot on european soil except in time of war when they were sent and that was always under democratic presidents so once again the racist (you )shows his true colors.
c) I am not a bush supporter, a republican, nor a democrat, since all of the above couldn't think for themselves (you included).
d)your living in the past "i am a minority therefore a victim" is slowly being realized for what it is. A line of bullshit by prior african american leadership(i do not include martin in this group) in an effort to excuse the laziness of a portion of the population. and lastly i am still waiting for you logical justification for celebrating a made up in america holiday as a celebration of your african heritage.
