Keep Electing Democrats People

We don't really care if any democrats are insulted by this title. The fact is that democrats have done more to hamstring police procedure and criminal prosecutions than any other group in history. Their touchy-feely approach to crime fighting is a proven loser and does nothing to deter crime - it encourages recidivism, early release and has cost hundreds, if not thousands, of people their lives over the decades that democrats stuffed the court systems and national legislatures with their pap.

Sun Times, Channel 2, Channel 5, Channel 7, Tribune coverage.

For much of the 1970's and 1980's, courts granted criminals so many more rights than their victims, it was a wonder anyone ever got convicted of anything. R. Eugene Pincham is hiding behind some BS about how he doesn't recall the case that appeared before him. We say bullshit - any judge who doesn't remember letting off someone who strangled 4 human beings including a 3 year old boy deserves a special place in lawyer hell.

You want sanctions against the police for violating certain "procedures," fine. Write the law as such. But to toss out a slam dunk conviction like this where the evidence was so overwhelming and then throw out all of the evidence is just wrong. This woman's blood is on Pincham's hands and the hands of the other two judges who freed James Ealy.

I voted democrat this time around...you see, I love paying property tax, and want to pay more. Plus, I think that my hard earned tax dollar should be funneled into programs that help the unemployed. Plus, I really think that Stroger is going to clean up...bless his father for willing him the office! Oh, and I hope that Bobby Steele can do the same for her son someday soon!!! And Daley has done so much for this city, what with the flower pots and all! A basicey here and a basicey there, and Im sold!

Its sad to say, but our society needs many more of these types of incidents for it to wake up. Common sense and personal responsibility have been lost so that lawyers and liberals can make money or feel good about themselves.
I've got an idea though, why not make defense lawyers play by HMO type rules? A flat rate for every offense. Being tried for murder? It wouldn't matter if your rich or poor, you would pay a flat rate. Maybe then these lawyers would start listening to their sense of morality instead of how to make millions getting a murderer off on a technicality.
And as for "technicalities", why does a technicality get someone off in the first place? It doesn't diminish their guilt. If we, as the police, make a mistake, it shouldn't mean freedom for the offender. Sure, if it was intentional, the P.O. should be held accountable. If it was an accident, the judge should admonish/educate the officer so it doent happen again.
And as for the "honorable" judge Pincham, we've seen that the only thing he cares about is money, truth never plays a role. All that we can hope for is that there is a God and that he rewards people like that in kind.

R Eugene Pincham is THE biggest Police hating S.O.B. of all time and it figures he's the one who let this "shitbag" go.

When we "the police" make even the slightest error in judgement or violate our own strict rules & regs they beat us over the head with the C.R'S and suspensions.

I advocate that a organization be formed (similar to O.P.S./I.A.D. that reviews complaints against Judges and lawyers ( yes that includeds knuckle headed ASA's and P/D's and starts getting these goofs like Pincham of the bench and start disbarring these useless lawyers.

AND... No it can't be the ARDC because they don't do jack to lawyers or judges because the board is made up of lawyers and judges, talk about the fox guarding the henhouse.

These liberal cocksucking activists want an impartial entity reviewing Police behavior, I say first we start at the top of the legal system.

AND... while we're at it we need the same system for our elected officals since they can't be trusted to police their own either (ie; Foley, Steele, Stroger et al...)

The Federal Prosecutor, Noelle Brennan, stated that the hiring system and even the meritorious system is loaded with politics even pointing to the Fire Battalion Chief test. The city quickly destroyed the audio-cassettes of the oral interview in violation of the consent decree and still say the test was legit. Why destroy what could prove your case?

The piece of shit didn't just kill the 3 year old, he sexually assaulted him first according to newspaper accounts.

People think Pincham is this great legal mind..but, he wouldn't graduate from law school today because there are many smarter African-Americans admitted today than in his day. He was one of a few back then in law school because of something known as "right place at the right time!"

Shit student=Shit lawyer=shit judge!

SCC, I am a Democrat and I am not offended by this title. You bring out some valid points. However, I wouldn't characterize the Democratic party as a whole. We have some Republicans, Liberals, and Independents who fall into the same category.

For now, I will agree, Pincham should know what he did with this case. If he has a scrooples, what so ever, he will learn to keep his mouth shout from now on. I'm sure, when he was on the bench, many democratic police officers voted for him in the past.

Keep up the good work SCC, excuse some of the typos/spelling

So I just wonder with all of this finger pointing and blaming people of one political party for all of the woes of the world and their life......What kind of morons would work for a city that has historically been under domination of this cruel and wicked party?
I hear the moaning, groaning and whimperings of a bunch of bottom feeders who at every opportunity cast blame on and at those who are elected, selected over them, but these same jerks decided to remain living in this hell hole with their families, buy homes here, and try their damnest to stay employed long enough to retired...You every hear of "UHAUL" hitched up and move your crying asses to Wyoming, now that a nice "RED STATE"

There is no way he doesn't remember that case, it's not everyday you make a ruling on a quadruple homicide case, period.

I agree, it's time for a review board for attorneys, judges, we already have a review in place for politicians it's called the voting booth.

Pincham is a scumbag. He has EARNED his place in hell.

I am actively looking for police jobs outside of Cook County, make a lateral transfer. Even if you leave Chicago, you still have Todler and now Bankrupt Bobby Steel's son making your fiscal choices for you.

You must get out of Cook County as well.

Here is the reason Pincham "retired"....he is a self serving political wannabe...that ran for Mayor and lost by a landslide......we are lucky that he is so old....that it stands to reason he'll be gone soon enough.....he doesn't have a son to take his place......45. 88 CC-1 Filed 3/8/88

R. Eugene Pincham, Appellate Judge, 1st Appellate District, Cook County Circuit

The Complaint alleged that he engaged in political activity when he was not himself a candidate for judicial retention or election in violation of Supreme Court Rules 67(A)(2).

The Respondent brought a civil rights action in the Federal courts to enjoin the disciplinary proceedings brought against him. The Illinois Judicial Inquiry Board then brought a motion to dismiss with leave to reinstate its Complaint and the Respondent brought his motion to dismiss for want of prosecution.

The Courts Commission made no decision as to the merits of any aspect of the controversy because the Respondent resigned from judicial service.

Order of 1/28/92: Complaint dismissed upon resignation of judicial office.

Nothing worse than the usual ACTIVIST JUDGES that the dummycrat party keeps spewing out of such "prestigious" law schools that are quite frankly anti-American. Moron dummycrat voters that keep voting the party line without looking at the issues are doomed to reap what they sew. I was not surprised to hear that property taxes will be raised this quickly. I overheard a staunch dummycrat complaining of this and I asked him, "What did you expect?" "This is the way dummycrats solve all their problems, they throw more money at them." Where do they get this money? Why, they raise taxes! Needless to say, the dummycrat did not want to hear these words of wisdom and left the room. Why isn't anyone outraged at the patronage and theivery in that semi-socialist party?

You can bet that if this guy had been a whitey and killed 4 blacks and gotten off on bullshit ALL of the black communities would be up in arms marching and screaming....but I guess when its a "brother" killing his own kind its OK to let him off, and even better is he goes and kills whitey sometime in the future. Our legal system is SO fucked up!

I sat in on a meeting chaired by the Honorable Judge Pincham right after Harold the tax evader was elected. The meeting was held to discuss the issuance of parking citations in the Loop. It took Ole Gene around 30 seconds to get on the soap box and start critizing the White Police Officers assigned to Loop Traffic. He even had to nerve to offer up the comment "the only ones with any sense in the Loop are the few brothers wearing white hats". The Traffic Division sergeant who was in attendance stood up and just glared at Ole Gene. Gene axed him what he was staring at? The Sgt. just stood there for another 30 seconds or so while Gene raged on. He then offered this refrain to Ole Gene
" I wouldn't take the time to explain how shit comes out of a baby's ass to you." God Bless You Francis McCarthy you had some balls.
