Is funny people(working) complained about police presence to the alderman and the 008th district, and finally dana starks came to 008. What he said in a nutshell is quit complaining because you are not going to get any more officers! If I am correct 36 officers are detailed out of the district, tact and gang teams are not allowed west of pulaski. What a fucking joke,again working people get the shaft and muts get everything else(for free). For all you reporters who are reading the site look into why tact/gang teams are not allowed over west-is 008 rgeting only minorities? Who's to say, or are they discriminating against the working class? Either way its still racsim(Sory I forgot it only counts when someone its'nt white). It was barely 011, they had a shooting in 007 just before midnight. All I know is I am glad it was not near the starbucks in 011, it's bad for business. Pretty soon 011 will be all yuppies and 022 will be winning in the near future.

To qualify for the first of the new year, official rules indicate that the fatal injury must have been sustained AFTER the stroke of midnight. See Section II, Article 69(c).
At last count, the NYPD reports 16 shooting incidents so far this morning with NONE (yet) FATAL. Most in Brooklyn and the Bronx.

011 gets the first kill of 2007-if the guy in 007 got stabbed before midnight, then he got an HM RD# for 2006.
The rule is the BT car must pull an RD for 0110. Otherwise some guy who got shot in 1982 and died from pneumonia at 12:01 could have the ME say he died from 25 year old wounds. Original UCR for 0110 after midnight. No half stepping where dude dies later.

don't rush to conclusions. 004th district won. the cpd hasn't found the body yet. i killed him 5 seconds after midnight and he was dead as a doornail at 12:01am. but unfortunately their is no police in hegewisch, thats why i got away with killing him in the middle of brandon right out in the open and thats why you'll probably never find the body lying up against the fence next to a bk value meal and a 40 oz of OE. so, i guess englewood wins it.

The Sgts will stay PBPA.I was around when the whole Sgts union issue started in 1997(?). The FOP would not let us start our own lodge. The Sgt's Association went and found the PBPA. The choices were : PBPA, Lodge 7 without representation, or the teamsters. The PBPA was our life preserver after Nolan fed us to the sharks. The FOP is not as big as you think. Most of the rest of Illinois is PBPA. Both are part of NAPO(?), which speaks for everybody. I do think that as the biggest local we should be getting better treatment from the PBPA.

011 won. 007 may have the first person to die, but 011 has the first homicide. in 007, the act was committed in 2006, in 011, the act was committed in 2007. in 007 the RD # is HM series. in 011, the RD # is HN series. therefore, 011 has the first homicide of 2007 and 007 has the last homicide of 2006.
011 wins..007 homocide happened before mid-night, doesn't matter when he died the crime was before mid-night. You can't tell me that if Joe got shot a week ago and died at 12:01 that district would win. 011 shooting happened after 12, thus they win
011th Dist Wins the GHOUL POOL. Unfortunately, the 007th Dist stabbing Homicide occurred less than 10 minutes prior to the New Year and counts as a Homicide for 2006; making that count at something like 15 over for the year. ANSWER:
If he was to wear (not where) his hair and clothes like a 50 year old white man, he probably would be still alive.
When you dress like an inner city thug, act like an inner city thug and go to inner city thug parties, chances are MUCH MUCH MUCH MORE GREATER to get shot to death than when you leave a 50 year old white man party.

That is not as incredible as one may think that tact/gang in 008 is not enforcing west of Pulaski because because it makes too much sense to crack down in those given areas west of Pulaski where AMBROSE, MIDWAY LATIN KINGS, & TWO-SIX (to name a few) reside, tag, recruit (just to name a few). It's no secret that there's increased gang activity west of Pulaski. Of course that would be bad publicity for the astro-nomical house valued area there. Just like Bridgeport west of Halsted--nothing but gangs running around but most working people couldn't touch a piece of real estate there because it's over-priced. Thugs should be immediately kicked out of the NFL. They are a big embarrassment not to mention they are not deserving of making all that money when most others work their asses off for peanuts in comparison. The new message to the current generation is look, dress, & act like a thug so you will get hired even if it means you may get blasted while sitting in a Hummel stretch limo.
All I know is that 009's parks are a hell of a lot safer for children to play in. The park car has been very busy and nobody can contest the facts.
