Estes also has three convictions from the early 1990s.
Estes has THREE convictions, yet still maintains a government job paying him $70,000 a year to drive around someones Chief of Staff. Wertz (the Chief of Staff in question) has an undisclosed criminal conviction, numerous aliases and multiple social security numbers? What the hell is that? And who is going to be on the hook for any judgements against Wertz? The taxpayers again?

My guess is that old boy is in administrative trouble for something else and, in a last ditch effort to save himself, is fabricating some bullshit.
However, it is interesting to learn that both these assholes are of questionable character and are on the payroll in good paying jobs

carlos estes is the rat partner of paris thompson who now goes by the name of adale somethun, somethun, somethun. he is the offical spokesmoe for the bradley "family" the one with the two missing girls. thompson also has a bigtime state job coutesy of blago. these two used to shine shoes in the 002nd dist. and hung with several of the coppers that went to jail courtesy of C/W back in the 80's. estes "found" a missing tact radio once over in ida b. wells where he lived. more recently he had a do nothing job at the cha as somekind of "supervisor" of deadbeats. had he made it on our job he would have meritorious written all over him. you know.

I am ashamed to say that I would do her for 70k a year. Just think, no more beat car, no more asking for lunch( or travel time to lunch), no more seatbelt missions, no more asshat supervisors. Where do i sign up?
