- When Joseph Miedzianowski, once dubbed the most corrupt cop in the history of Chicago, was away in prison for life for running a cocaine ring, he got a pen pal.
The letter writer was the former high-ranking Chicago police officer who had been assigned to investigate alleged wrongdoing by Miedzianowski years before the feds pounced on the crooked cop.
On the witness stand Thursday, Risley said he didn't believe he had ever called Klipfel crazy.
In the recorded conversation, though, Risley tells Miedzianowski that Klipfel is "f------ crazy" and "a stone f------ wacko."
Risley also dubs Chicago Sun-Times columnist and WMAQ-Channel 5 reporter Carol Marin "a bitch" after she reported a story on Klipfel's allegations.
This a day after he had admitted the Feds had caught him on secretly recorded tapes. And a day after he contradicted a previously sworn deposition.
Who knows what tomorrow's testimony might reveal? And whether or not it is going to hasten the retirements of other as yet unnamed individuals. And whether or not it might damage the promotional chances of others. It boggles the mind.

Please clarify that you are talking about the since retired RAYMOND "IAD RAT" RISLEY.
Hmmm lets look at the current ADS of IAD, Debra Kirby. She came from OCD right before her IAD position.
Word is OCD, more specifically prostitution has been under a Federal investigations in regard to large money theft from prostitutes and the "johns" during the years 2002 to current.
Now is she in a position to protect all those fellow officers that worked for her while she was there?

Joseph Miedzianowski is without a doubt a bad cop who dishonored us all. However, life without parole is a sentence that is out of line. Everyday shitheads who commit more serious crimes are sentenced to less time. Don't get me wrong here. This particular piece of shit needs to serve his time but I don't understand why he will never be allowed to see the light of day when just this week Gov. Blago's Parole board let two murderers out well in advance of their prescribed sentences. I'm offering 10 to 1 odds both of these fine rehabilitated lads are back in the system within a year. This is just another example of a true double standard when dealing with the Police. It seems that the concept of "being held to a higher standard" works only for the police. Just look at the sentences the Little Princes' lackies got for their involvement in the ongoing City Hall scandal. And lets not forget the slap on the wrist old Danny Rosentowski got for not only his thievery of stamps but the thievery of my legimately earned social security benefits.

Two other people that Risley claimed had organized crime connections were Michael Malone and Michael Hoke.
Hoke stood up to him and Risley then went to the FBI and claimed that he had knowledge that he was OC connected.

The only former or current exempt member that has organized crime connections is the former head of the Intelligence Section who is currently in the security business in Florida and who has a partner the daughter-in-law of Willie "Potatos" Daddano.

Ask Northside about Leroy Martin's hatchet man Raymond Risley. Risley and his IAD lapdog Jerry Robinson had Northside arrested on an impersonation misdemeanor for First Amendment revenge.
The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals vindicated Northside, the bogus charge was expunged and the city had to pay Northside.

You really amazed me of how dumb and stupid you can be. Can't imagine that you're on the job because you don't even have logic thinking and most of all common sense. What federal investigation are you talking about? Large amount of money theft from prostitutes and the "Johns"? How much money are you talking about? Be specific!! Dumdum!!!
First of all obviuosly you don't know shit about the prostitution unit and never work beyond the patrol division. All the prostitutes that are being arrested on the streets doesn't have money on them that's why they charge $10 to $20 the most for a pop in order to support their drug habits.
Secondly the "Johns" is even cheaper than the whores bec they try to haggle their price between $5 to $10 a pop. Maybe I should invite you to come work with us in the unit for a period so you can realized how dumb you seem to be and maybe you can do us a favor and hang yourself for realizing that. Or maybe you're better off to just stay in your current unit bec you don't deserve to be anywhere and anyone who would be willing to work with you would be dumber. This department needs Federal Oversight and/or an outsider like Bratton (Former NYC Chief and current Chief in LA) or Timoney (Current Chief in Miami, former Chief in Philadelphia) as its next Superintendent.
