Off Topic but important, check your clocks or you may miss the game. Alot of the fancy-schamcy satalite controled clocks have gone to Central Standard Time by the old rule. Desktops in our station have been all screwed up and many of these home clocks are displaying CST already.
You may have to go to the manufacturer's website to learn how to correct the problem.

even with that record, which they should do better than, they could make the playoffs..if we beat lions today and beat the pack again, we are in good shape in the division...

The Bears suck...bad. I mean, they played Detroit - F-ing Detroit twice, and lost both times.
Call it a year and start thinking the draft.
Put Urlacher, Harris, and whomever else (Vasher) on the DL and regroup for next year.
And you can let Berrian go at the end of the year - he sucks ass too much. He can not catch the shallow or crossing route, he is only good for the go route/bomb, and we do not have anybody to throw it.. I'd like them to go with Haas, at least he catches everything, and he plays with heart!

Hey Griese lovers, learn the game. The problem was never Grossman! The O line is awful, there is no running game and ron turner couldnt call plays for a widget team. "Oh put Griese in put griese in" Ok u got him and he's 2-3 as a starter(one win being a very nice, but lucky drive in philly, remember they had 9 pts before that final minute) They will be lucky to go 6-10. The guy has NEVER won a playoff game in 10 NFL seasons and is always getting sent packing and u wanted him as your QB? grossman may not be great but he was always the best option on a very bad team

There have been alot of posts about low moral. I have been on this job for 10 years, work in a fast district, have an arrest usually every night, and I haven't had a bad day on this job. Will someone explain to me where the low moral comes from. Please do not use SOS or DUI writers as examples for these were p.o.'s not doing their job.

I don't know, why don't you ask that copper from 008 who up until a couple of years ago was the working police also. He worked in the ghetto including 007 and the projects his entire career(10+) and found himself dumped to 008 after housing disbanded. His complimentary history which was highlighted by two of awards of valor would be flatly ignored and he'd see one failed attempt after another to units like OCD and TRU. Then the worst would happen; while working with different partners everyday he'd get jammed up while working with a female partner on one particular day when that partner's "unjustified" use of force was caught on store surveillance video. HIs crime - failure to report police misconduct. His punishment - a recommendation of 45 days, stripped for 6 months, victim of frivolous lawsuits arising from his name being passed around the circle of attorneys that included Corp. Counsel along with the private attorneys. Crook County State's Attorney Office would dismiss cases that he was a witness in even when he was the victim. When one of those cases was an Attempt. Murder to a PO, he would take it personally, because why not, it was his life that could have been taken, it was his wife that could have been left a widow and his children without a father to raise them. In fact those words would be repeated in a letter to Dick Devine and the ARDC in an attempt to seek some justice against the Attorney who mishandled the case. The attorney would get admonished. And this particular officer, he'd be retaliated against, get called in by a certain commander and subtly warned to stop his fight against the ASA, the next day he would get an order to appear at Personnel. Without going into particulars, he would be forced on the medical. He'd also be labeled by the Dept., you know the programs right you got ten years on. Let me finish by saying this. This particular officer could have left this job 7 years ago for the DEA, but among other reasons he really liked this job, no, he loved this job...he was having too much fun being the
"real" police. And look where being the "real" police got him, absolutely nowhere. Now he's ruined, reputation tainted, scrutinized and handcuffed from being the "real" police, brick placed upon him and career hindered by the negative labels and such. Well brother, I hope and wish you well and pray that you continue to have good days on this job and never experience any "bad days" but please remember the story of this officer and see how all it took was one bad day to change his perspective about this job and the Dept. he works for. How much morale do you think he has right about now?

The BEST part about the entire Bears game were the two soldiers that were honored there, including the one that led them out of the trunnel carrying the American flag. AMEN!
