And Another Thing...

As a sharp commentator pointed out, didn't the aldercreatures pass an ordinance a few years back making themselves exempt from investigation by the Inspector General?

Anyone have a list of which aldercreatures voted in favor of that ordinance who also signed the petition for the list of officers?

Just another shining example of how the City that Works, doesn't.

It was not just a few years back. The original ordinance exempted aldermen. When they rewrote the ordinance it was included again, amidst demands that aldermen be investigated too.

This city and these whore politicians couldn't survive a legit external investigation. Thats why they got the city media under their thumb.
Thats why they both hang the Police out to dry every chance they get; it deflects attention....

For your information: Your vets office (animal doctor) is required to give the county and the city a list of which animals got rabies shots. The city then checks that with the number of dog licenses issued.

Tey specifically state that they cannot be investigated by the Inspector General, now why might that be???? they are so out of control, it is amazing, the feds need to stay on them. Alder Tunny you piece of slime. Here is a guy who owns Ann Sather rest. at belmont and Sheffield + like the whole building which is 1/2 block long. I have seen his assistant use his office at 9pm with a bag of "stuff" beer party?? Anyways this guy always got extra service from police and gave us free glazed muffins, then he became the first GAY Alderman and treated us like SHIT! I dont care if he is gay or not but boy once he got the power he was the Mayor of Belmont, what an ASS. He saw me working and announced his office and demanded we talk to a streetwise guy for begging too aggressively, what a chump. It was funny watching all the LTs and up in 019 all pissed at him too, and man did they kiss his ass, "POLITICAL HACK ON HACK CRIMES" Fun stuff.

Same thing as always...the city protects the corruption.

A garbage man can be injured on the job and sue to get money for injury and pain.

A police officer is not allowed to sue the city by city law. We have only ourselves to blame. We let the mayor and this city crap all over us and we dont fight back

1st thing get rid of FOP no matter what. Just to show unity.

I think the City Council shouldn't be allowed to do anything. Everything should come up for referendum. Everything. Especially shit that has something to do with them.

After all, I don't get to vote myself a raise. How did that shit get started? They want oversite and investigations on everything but what they do.

They are all full of shit.

Back to the truck scandal, why were these trucks allowed free parking at 63Rd and Linder? When the scandal broke the parking lot turned into a park (overnite).
