Does anyone who worked it have pictures of them? I'd love to see them. We've searched through a gazillion a can find nary a one. anyone? Everyone was taking pics and I know commanders wouldn't wear phony awards right? SCC would probably post them.
Let them poor bosses slide on this one, SCC. I, for one, reported to work today with white socks on, no belt keepers, cordura magazine pouch, pancake holster that looks like I grow tomatoes in it, boots that haven't seen polish in over a year, exposed handcuffs, no mace (or whatever they call actually call it), and a five-'o-clock shadow that would put George Clooney to shame. Oh yeah, almost forgot...today was my Friday, so the sarge gave me an early duck w/o asking for a slip. What's next is our secret, SCC...I drank 2 beers on the way home that I had on ice in the back seat of my car that I've been parking at work with expired plates and a Burbank City sticker. Keep that between us, will ya? I double-dog dare JFed to come get me. Or maybe i should say double-cat dare.
If BB is big bird mcmahon, they are safe, he is too busy fucking with area 5 to go to the bad neighborhoods to find anything to write up. If I ever get stopped by him, my 1st question will be," mr. inspector, how many awards and ribbons do you have ?" I'd be curious how many him or any other inspector have (not counting the ones that everyone gets by virtue of being on the job during a time of interest...ie. democratic national convention) that he has to fuck with the guys and gals that are on the streets everyday and night. This is the department that they wanted. They got it !

Those of you worked for Crump Hales(2nd dst Mids), know the story, at roll call a po produced a bb gun at weapons inspection that was not caught by the illustrious w/c in fcat she commented on how clean the weapon was. The kicker is that the bb gun was a HK USP 45 knock off and not one of the authorized firearms at the time...lost money to that po on the bet..still she wasnt bad to work for

Seen a guy from TRU the other nite in his BDU's with long greasy braid/jery curls coming out of his cap with a scruffy looking beard, what an embarrassment, how can any supervisor not take a long look at this knucklehead w/out saying something...a few years back in Public Housing a big deal was made out of a P.O. with long dread-locks think it even mads the media, a certain Sgt.had the balls to tell him to cut it or face disciplinary action and P.O. won the battle(both individuals M-1's so no race b.s. here)
Trouble with the SPAR process is they will gig the photographer for 'inattention to duty' and 'bringing discredit upon the department', not the Exempt ranks, because, after all, they are exempt.....

What is the proper way to wear a flag patch on one's shoulder sleeve?

Right or "reversed field" flag

the DNC ribbon should be worn in the upper left hand side of the ribbon pattern. the field of stars should always be upper left. i checked my old boy scout handbook.
