The new D.C. is going to clean up 025. He will get rid of those bust out cops and bring in LAPA to run the district. The bouncing of the staff there has begun! Lts and sgts now, tact and gangs next.

It is a shame that J-Fed is going after two P.O.'s because they may have taken kickbacks from two truck drivers. Not only that, but on 5/20/08 those two officers were stripped by IAD AND the FBI is investigating this matter too. So the rules are simple: if you are well connected you can fuck up and the higher ups will look the other way. If you are not, then with J-Fed in charge, you get the book thrown at you. Obviously there is a double standard. IF these officers did take kickbacks from tow truck drivers, then the most severe punishment they ought to receive is a lengthy suspension. NOT being fired and then indicted by the U.S. Justice Department. And then after all of this Jody wants us to be more aggressive on the street? What will happen when we are aggressive and the criminals sue us or file phony complaints? The city like Brutus will flip over and we will be screwed. So fuck being the working police. I just answer my calls for service and anything on view I take care of, 10-4?

So now our CPD disciplinary system is obsolete being completely bypassed, why is fbi taking over this investigation...where is fop? are we under a federal consent decree, but no one has bothered to inform us...not even at these great info meetings with the head fbi jfed.

If they did as YOU just said, took kickbacks, I've got news for you, that is illegal. If that is indeed what happened, they broke the Law to line their own pockets and deserve to be fired and indicted. Just because other people may get away with it doesn't make it right. I don't know who these guys are, if they are innocent I hope they come out clean and win a lawsuit. But, I'm guessing if the G is involved, they're not going to be coming out of this looking good.

That silly tac sgt in 025? Is it normal for fellow po's to prank a sgt's house, mess with him and his girlfriend and threaten them both? If a citizen came into the station, we would give them a report for that.
Those po's were told to stop doing what they were doing and kept doing it for a while. They left the sgt. no choice with what he had to do.
Don't blame him, blame the assholes that messed with him.
